I booked a 2 night stay as part of a package with Splash Lagoon. I did the upgrade for early check-in which was great. We arrived just after 12:00 and we were able to access our room. The lady at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. I showed my ID and we got our room keys, our gift cards for the arcade and restaurants and we got a gift bag with a towel and some other goodies! Our room was really nice, it was very close to the entrance to Splash Lagoon. On our second day, we needed clean towels, the cleaner on our floor was great and exchanged our towels for us! Breakfast was great, there were a lot of people there but the staff kept everything full, plenty of food to go around! Check-out was easy! Had a great time, I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for accommodating us on our first visit to Splash Lagoon!

We stayed one night in a suite on the 2nd floor. It overlooked the front parking lot. The hotel seemed pretty empty since it was a Sunday-Monday stay so it was very quiet. We chose this hotel because of it's connection to Splash Lagoon water park. |Check in is at 4pm and check out 11am. When we checked it we weren't given any information so we didn't realize breakfast was included with the stay until I asked later. ||We arrived at breakfast and the room was empty but there were no forks, and some of food didn't have serving utensils. We didn't see any staff to tell them until halfway through the meal. The food was good though. ||Cons: The elevator was scratched up, with a broken seal that made a loud noise each time we rode it. The bathroom fan made a very loud grinding noise every time the bathroom light was on. The missing utensils at breakfast|Pros: Our suite was nice and roomy. Free breakfast and parking. The best part for us was it's nearness to Splash Lagoon Waterpark. The entrance was only a few feet from the lobby.|We would stay here again despite the couple issues because the room was nice with comfy pillows and extra bedding and Splash Lagoon. 🙂

Positive: We had a handicap accessible room, so it was very large. Negative: This hotel is very run down. The pull out couch mattress was very dirty. The shower didn’t work and the maintenance guy had to come fix it. There was a used bar of soap in the shower. The deadbolt lock didn’t work. I had to ask for towels 3 times.

Stayed at this hotel due it being attached to Splash Lagoon water park, and I'm bewildered by the 2 star rating. Everything was clean and well maintained. It was modern and welcoming. The clerk was nice enough to get us early access to our room, and was very friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Everything was fresh. They had waffle makers the the kids really liked. I had a great experience at this hotel. There's really nothing I can complain about!

It took a while for our room to be ready so we were upgraded to a suite when they did get our room with our little granddaughter. It was a wonderful surprise and so much more room for her to run around. It was a great experience and she absolutely loved the waterpark.

An awesome option for our family visiting splash lagoon. Having everything connected is so helpful and overall the hotel exceedes our expectations for the price! The rooms are clean, spacious, have very soft sheets, and the little kitchenette area is so convenient! The kids loved the jacuzzi tub. The staff were all so friendly and helpful- especially Michelle. I had a couple questions and requests and they were incredibly kind and accommodating. Also the included breakfast was good! Just a tip- the shampoo/soaps are all bolted to the wall like many places do now so that means your little ones may bother you to help them wash their hands which is a small thing but gets annoying lol. Also the shampoo/conditioner is not good at all for longer hair (anything beyond a super short haircut). Overall we had a great stay and we hope to be back soon!

Overall great family stay. Suites spacious for family of 5. We loved the extra room. Needs some updating. Tub (old jets) was dirty, fold out bed had significant stains. Kitchen was nice to have but had zero supplies. Paper towels and dish soap and a few plates/mugs/flatware would have been helpful for a traveling family. Stove top not really needed but nice to have available. Hot water in all sinks/shower got burning hot which was nervous for kids. Beds were comfortable and had ample bedding. Hang line in shower was great for drying wet suits. Breakfast was a great space and good basic options. Being attached to the water park was a great fit for a family winter weekend getaway.
