Best Western Cascadia Inn

Was a nice stay. I had to spend 3 nights due to business. The room was spacious and clean. Free breakfast was good. Serious was excellent. I would stay there again.

Bathroom was dirty and there were small bugs flying around the sink. Coffee maker and chargers were nonfunctional and the TV reception was fuzzy, refrigerator was full of ice and water in the morning. Bathroom and room walls had outdated wallpaper and old carpeting. Due to the cleanliness and nonfunctioning amenities, I would not recommend this hotel.Front desk staff was friendly and breakfast was above average. After reporting the issues at checkout, I was told the manager would contact me, and I have not heard from them.

No maid service offered without requesting, yet weren’t told of policy and given tons of excuses about why no service, even though we have stayed here many times before and received maid service in the past without requesting it. Very poor maid service after having to request it (towels thrown on racks, coffee products not replenished, cleaning rags left on furniture). Key card dates entered wrong and we were locked out a day early. No express checkout done, even though requested when checking in. Front desk clerk locked themselves out of hotel and had to be let in to check us out. Corporate Customer Relations and Property Management contacted me without offering any resolution to retain my business, just indicated they will make note of issues for the future. We will not be returning to this location nor any Best Western again…we had been loyal customers, but this experience changed that! Very poor and disappointing service!

The good thing is they have an oven in the room and the place is really clean, but the rooms are noticeably old. Since we were on the 3rd floor, it was very noisy because of the footsteps coming from the maintenance room above us. I called twice about it, but they still weren’t able to do anything.

This is an older Best Western that has some sprucing, but is still older. The windows haven't been updated so their is some city noise. The bed was comfortable, room was clean and desk was nice. Parking was good. It's close the the Everett event center.

I had a comfortable stay here. Plenty of parking was available, and the staff were very welcoming. While the hotel is a bit older, everything was clean and well maintained. My room was comfortable. Breakfast was typical for a hotel chain, but they offered one item I haven’t seen at other locations - pan-fried potatoes with onion. Although the location isn’t particularly scenic, this was one of the more affordable options in the area and perfectly suitable for a quick stay.
