Mini fridge does not work in room I was in, and fridge was plugged into a power strip cord which is a fire hazard, fire alarm was disconnected from the ceiling and placed into dresser by someone. Carpet is sticky. There was women’s hair in the mattress indicating it may not have been washed and women’s hair on the wall by the mirror with the hair dryer. Culk missing on parts around bathtub which could be causing massive water damage and mold inside of walls. Water flow is as impressive as a sand blaster. Can’t believe I paid $124 for one night for this. The front desk guys were not friendly or understanding and my kids found a silicone dab holder under the heater. Did not get any money back and have voice this all to front desk. I have video of when I got into motel room and when I left motel room. Made sure to take off all pillow blankets and sheets and folded them so maybe it will make them actually clean them

Check-in went very well even though I had come in early. The room was somewhat old, but clean. Plenty of towels available, along with soap and shampoo. ||||What surprised me the most was the selection for breakfast. While most motels/hotels of this class have the bare minimum, they had fresh fruit, cereal, bagels, bread/toast, Danish pastries, yoghurt, boiled eggs, cream cheese, jam, tea and coffee. The fruit was very fresh, and one morning I found the lady cutting a pineapple for breakfast.||||I always believe in customer service, and the staff went above and beyond. I had to check out for one day and then return, and the lady at the front desk had a suite ready for me which had a cooker and a full size refrigerator One night I had to get a document printed urgently at 9 pm, and the closest place open was 15 miles away. I thought I would ask the gentleman at the front counter, and he very willingly obliged. Another time, I needed a fork for my TV dinner. The gentleman not only gave me a fork, but a plate and napkins. These little 'extras' make a big difference.||||I have given them 5 stars for excellent customer service and clean rooms.

Do not waste your money here! You’re better off staying literally anywhere else. Unfortunately all the other hotels in the area were sold out this weekend. Not a single thing in the room was clean. EVERYTHING was stained and broken, our sheets had stains and multiple rips, even the shower curtain had a giant cigarette burn! The AC unit was covered in melted sticky liquid and had gum wedged in it. The carpet also had multiple dark sticky stains, looks like it hasn’t been cleaned ever. We had to go to the store to buy our own sheets and cleaning products, just to feel okay staying the night! I don’t expect a motel to be fancy, or perfect but this was ridiculously disgusting. Felt like a practical joke. Pls don’t bother even if you’re desperate, you’re better off camping or staying in your car .

Booked a week out, called early to let them know we would be arriving late, they said it was okay but when we got there they still gave our room away to someone else. They kicked out another reservation to get us a room. I booked the room as 2 guests but they refused to give us more than one trowel. Cigarette burn holes in sheets. Missing smoke alarm. All TV stations had bad static. AC fan was horrifically loud. Sticky carpet and floors. How bad is bad?

Worst motel I have ever been in! Very bad bed , smells like fish in the room and uncomfortable sleeping sheets and…. I can’t even imagine it is in USA! So bad !!!! Very dirty! Ask for 100$ cash in advance for damages!

Very disappointed, tried talking to the guy and he was a little rude in the beginning and then my boyfriend and I got our room. Mind you we only came here because our hotel decided to cancel on at at 7pm at night while we were still at an event. Took a short shower since it was only one night and I’m a very tall lady and I had to squat down a little bit and look up.. as I see almost the entire ceiling filled with water bubbles and one of the bubbles had cheap school tape on one of the holes holding it together, along with the ceiling being badly stained all in the bathroom. And the best part was getting in bed and having a big mold spot right on the sheets. Last time I said here was 2 years ago and I had seen rats coming out of the wall! Definitely needs to be shut down.

The room was not clean at all the mold on the wall and dust everywhere. Not to mention, it's called a vacuate cleaner. Was told at the front desk that it's one bath towel per room.
