Waits Motel

Been driving Yellow Cab for 3 years in this area. I've served the Waits guests for that long. I know when a place is safe or not just by going there a bunch of times. The Waits has improved - for long enough that I feel fine going there now. I'd stay there, and feel good refering friends/family to stay there too. New owners are vigilant about guests following the rules, so all guests can peacefully enjoy their stay. They are remodeling the rooms. I asked on 6/28/23 - 1 person, unremodeled room - $87 + $50 deposit. Every other motel it's a $100 min deposit. There may be a place $10 less, but you risk knocks on thr door. Not at the Waits, they're vigilant, happy to help you. Nice plants and trees on site, I like that.

The place is convenient. The new manager Rob is cool. The owner's are strict though. And cheap. But overall it is cool. Just know it is not a gathering spot by any means. Fun is minimal. But rooms are decent. I would stay again.

I was able to come here because it was within walking distance from providence hospital. Staff was quite helpful. My room is basic, but clean with hardwood flooring and clean bathroom. It's simple and inexpensive. Also within walking distance to the fresh fruit/vegetable market, Safeway, Bartells and High Society. I would definitely stay here again.

Robert was extremely courteous and helpful. the rooms were clean large enough to be comfortable the area was quiet. It's centrally located with easy access to public transportation and virtually in the center of everything that I needed. It's a couple blocks from the hospital on 13th Street so it's literally blocks from just about everything you need, if I'm ever in Everett and need to get a room I'll definitely go back.

It wasnt too bad would be better with a wall heater in the bathroom for warmth after a shower. maybe even a throw carpet on the floor in the main area so lets say when your getting out of bed in the morning and put your bare feet on the floor its not a shocking cold wakeing up. Bed is nice and big everything else 👍

The only positive about this place is price and I haven't seen any bugs or rodents. They limit the amount of toilet paper to use, never room service if you stay for multiple days, need to ask daily for towels and if you need new sheets, owners are not very friendly! I realize its a motel on Broadway but for $80 for just a roof over your head for a night or week they can at least smile at you, or make small talk. And I want to know where my kitchen is in my room?? Microwave and a fridge = a kitchen?

This motel has improved 90%, it's so much nicer. Everything in the room is new. The owners are great. The beds are comfy and relaxing. I would defentiley recommend people to stay here now. I believe with the new owners this place will defentiley have a turn around
