Best Western Plus Kelly Inn & Suites

So refreshing to find such a well maintained, amenitied, and fully functioning hotel (waterpark was very well kept and fully OPEN!). Breakfast was great, I especially loved the oatmeal/yogurt bar. The breakfast area is inviting and well kept. The espresso/hot cocoa/coffee machine is accessible 24/7 and I had an unhealthy number of mochas. Family board games are accessible to take to your room from the business center by the front desk. The TV in even a basic room is HUGE and looks brand new. The kids loved the wooden bear statue "climbing" up the outside wall to the room. 10/10 would recommend staying here, we enjoyed it so much we added another night.

This was our first visit to this hotel, which was located in a convenient location for our travel plans. It has a Northwoods appearance and atmosphere. The hotel staff were very friendly. Our room was clean and spacious. They offer a "Happy Hour" just off the lobby area that included drinks and plenty of appetizers. It was a great place to stay, and we would definitely stay there again when in the area.

Positive: Clean hotel, great amenities, good breakfast, friendly staff, easy to find, right off I94. Negative: We were abruptly awakened at 12:30 AND 1:00 AM by the fire alarms. We were informed there was no fire, a malfunctioning alarm, this appears to be an ongoing issue, it drastically needs to be fixed, no one likes getting woke up in the middle of the night!

Decent rooms. Love the decor. Beds are still a little stiff. They do have wooden sculptures of bears outside the bedroom windows of some rooms. I tell you this because I almost had a heart attack after walking into my room and seeing this outside. I had some issues with the first room I was given. But the front desk did promptly correct The Issue and give me a new room. Complimentary breakfast was good. Does have a pool and a hot tub. Refrigerators, coffee machine and microwave in room. Ice machine and vending down the hall.

That little colored woman working the front desk is beautiful and she was very helpful. Especially when I couldn't sleep! Her "room service" is top notch!!!

Nice middle ground hotel. Our room is clean, staff is very friendly and has nice pool for the kids with fun activities incorporated. Id stay here again.

I really dislike being the person to complain about things but we had a super rough room experience at this hotel. The pool area was great for our group over 2 days but the bathroom in our room was terrible. On day one, we found black mold in numerous places in the shower and asked for it to be looked at. We also found black hair all over the floor and a huge wad on the shower wall as shown in the picture. I went down and just asked for it to be cleaned while we were gone for a few hours and came back to the same black mold and more hair than before! Ick. We stayed the two nights without asking for anything else and kind of wish we would have been taken more seriously. A little break on the room or just simply cleaning it decent after we asked would have been sufficient.
