Extended Stay America Select Suites- Fayetteville

I must say I had a wonderful stay here. Chauncey assisted me with all my concerns and questions with ease, professionalism, knowledge, and understanding. He was and is very respectful and his assistance ensured I had a great carefree stay. All my needs were met promptly and efficiently. Thank you Chauncey!!

I arrived to this hotel at around 11 pm (had paid reservation) Office was closed, I dial 0 on a phone thy have for customer service (no anwer).|I called the main number from a business card they had at the office and finally someone picked up and send someone to open office after a while.|The hotel is full ofdrug addicts hanging in lobby and also sleeping on floor.

Positive: "" Negative: I didn't like the fact there was no staff on premises at any time. We would need to call and wait forever for assistance. There is also a very large roach problem at this location.

The entire hotel needs a paint job in common areas. It appears as if they heavily spray some air freshener to mask orders that were previously here. The hallway has a marijuana smell. Tenets play loud music as if they are the only patrons here. The blinds are broken but they charge an incidental fee but do not allow you to document how the room was prior to entering. Best thing so far is no bugs.

Very clean and extremely nice staff had a very late check in but they worked with so well. And great price. Had little kitchenette. 10/10 definitely

Welcome to Extended Stay America-Fayetteville where they charge 5 star prices with 1 star service! The entire staff is a joke!! So many hidden fees your head will spin. Need room service, you have to pay for that. Need dirty towels switched for clean towels, you have to pay for that. Need a trash bag or toilet paper…yep you have to pay for that too. Absolutely no where during booking, check in or on their website does it state you have to pay for basic hotel services. The fighting every day, all day is beyond annoying as well! Inside and out you can’t get away from the couples fighting. I will NEVER book this hotel again. I have stayed in a few different Extended Stay America and this by far is the WORST!

Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed our stay. It was cozy, clean, and comfortable. More like an apartment than a hotel:) Shout out to Denise!!!Even after we checked out she knew that we had to wait for a few hours for our bus and let us keep our heavy bags with her❤️ We will definitely stay here when we are in town.
