It was clean bug free from what we seen quiet cheap price,,stayed 2 days and enjoyed it the only thing I didn't like is that there was no wifi and no phones in room an the $100 dollar cash deposit when it said $40 online but the lady took the $40 and let us stay she was helpful me and my kids would stay here again if need be.

The lady at the front desk is very rude. I booked and paid on line and once getting there I was informed of hidden fees. The FWPD had to be called because they refused to refund my money and didn't want to give us a room. I would NEVER recommend this place to a enemy, let a lone a friend. Not to mention the bugs, heat didn't work once we got in a room.

Good service and clean room. Wifi works. Bed is comfortable. I am grateful for it.

A feew months ago i tried to check in witj my registered service dog they said 200 cash deposit plus they wanted charge me 75 pet fee non refundable she isnt a pet a service dog show them all my credentials No room available then they started adding all these deposits u said forget it

They seemed very confused with my reservation, took like 15 minutes to check in. They said they wanted a $20 cash no-smoking deposit, but I said I didn't have any cash and they dropped it. There's no breakfast, and if there's wifi there's no hint on how it works. You can't get inside through the front door, only the side doors that are in dark alleys. The whole place stinks of rotten cigarette smoke. The beds are fine, but everything else looks like they picked it out of a dumpster. The worst is the side doors don't have locks on them, so anyone can wander in at night and try to break into the rooms. I'm not picky on hotels, but this is one of the scummiest hotels I've ever seen.

I love the people who own this hotel!! She is very pleasant. Very kind. Clean spotless rooms. Has a bigger fridge. Nice big flat screen TVs... I've never had a problem with getting necessities.... They are always there to help. They have an on site washer and dryer which is wonderful. You can get drinks at the window. It is just a wonderful place to stay!! Tell them Sini sent you!

I am a DoorDash driver recently as in five minutes ago I tried dropping off a DoorDash order to a customer. The lady behind the counter was extremely extremely rude. I asked if I could talk to Manager and she told me that they did not have one. I asked her if they had an owner and she said they did not have one like I was stupid, she swore at me and I told her that I did not want to go inside the hotel to drop off the food as it was a bad reputation hotel. I have heard of many girls coming up missing and I’ve never had a DoorDash order at a hotel that I couldn’t leave at the front desk. She told me under no circumstances can I leave food at the front desk and I needed to come inside the hotel to the room number and that was very suspicious and when I told her I didn’t feel comfortable. She screamed at me and said it wasn’t her problem very very very terrible place to be and horrible employee And for the record I was there on a Tuesday night first day of 2025 so if this helps the owner figure out his problems with his business, I am pleased because she was dreadful and very suspicious.
