I stayed at The Bradley on New Year’s Eve, and it was such a special experience. I’ve always wanted to stay here, and it truly did not disappoint. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a complimentary glass of champagne, which immediately set the tone for a memorable and welcoming stay. The hotel is absolutely beautiful—stylish, cozy, and thoughtfully designed—with an elevated boutique feel that still feels warm and inviting. Even traveling solo, I felt completely comfortable and cared for. Everything from the atmosphere to the service made the night feel celebratory and intentional. It was the perfect place to ring in the New Year, and I’m so glad I finally checked this stay off my list. I can’t wait to come back again!

Positive: Location, design Negative: Slow service overall. Restaurants slow, dishes come out uneven some were cold. Food was good Birdie's Bar really nice. Room was serviced but cleaners took dirty towels but didn't leave clean. Had to get more from cart twice

Bradley is seriously such a beautiful hotel. The designers have done an outstanding job with picking colors, fabrics and putting the whole room together. The lobby is very cute and rooms are spacious. Where The Bradley lacks is in the gym. It feels like a time capsule and you enter a Hampton Inn Gym. The Bradley caters to who values the little things but really misses the mark with the gym.

Great hotel to stay in for my first visit to Fort Wayne. Well designed and clean, fast elevators, quiet, easy and cheap garage parking across the street. My favorite feature was the water and ice stations on each floor. Many luxury hotels make it a chore to fill up a reusable water bottle or dog bowl. The pet fee was a pretty standard rate and came with treats and a toy that my dog really enjoyed. Service was great the entire stay. I would highly recommend checking out the coffee shop and cafe next door to The Bradley. The rooftop bar was also great and open until midnight!

Luxury place to stay. Good roof top bar and the ground level bar had live piano Friday and Saturday. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Main St. Fort Wayne is a little loud, but wasn't too bad and no fault of the hotel. Would stay again for sure.

Overall, a nice hotel, the lobby was welcoming and had an old-style touch to it. Lots of places to sit and a bar / restaurant off to the side. Clean lobby restrooms. Front desk clerk was extremely friendly and helpful very pleasant as well. He gave us all the information needed and clear. The room was decorated nice as well with the Vera Bradley style. It was small but enough for 2 people. Beds were ok, didn't care for the pillows. Very large TV. I didn't have a TV remote when I first arrived, but the cleaning lady in the hallway quickly brought me one up. The room the toilet is in is quite tight fit. I did have an issue with my coffee maker too. I went downstairs to find complimentary coffee, but there was none. When I explained to front desk clerk my coffee machine didn't work, he got me a complimentary coffee from the bar in the lobby. I was so appreciative of that and his quick thoughtfulness without hesitation and making me feel like he cared. I was there for a big conference and had dinner at one of their meeting rooms...area was sufficient and food was ok. The hotel has no pool or hot tub, has a nice workout room though. I don't know what it cost to stay here as the company my husband works for paid for it.

Room stunk. TV didnt work. Lobby was nice but not kept up well. I understand snow and salt can be hard on the floors, but for how much I spent on 2 rooms I expected them to at least sweep the dining area. Bartender did a great job, but the food was mediocre.
