Good Nite Inn Fremont San Jose

The rooms can be hit or miss, but if you ask to change rooms, the staff is very accommodating and happy to help. Sabra from housekeeping is wonderful. She changes all the towels every day, properly takes out the trash, and keeps my room clean and comfortable at all times. I truly appreciate her care and attention. Most of all, I want to highlight Hema at the front desk. I have never met such an outstanding front desk staff member before. She is extremely polite, kind, and professional. She always listens carefully, treats guests with respect, and genuinely tries to help. Her calm and thoughtful attitude made a big difference during my stay and left a very positive impression of this hotel. She is truly wonderful, and having her here would make me want to return to this hotel again and again.

Check in was horrible. The lady upfront didn’t offer me the right information to rebook correctly from a night shift worker. She told me to call customer service to change my dates & that they would handle it. Never did she mention she was willing to cancel my stay & rebook me. So I paid a room for a whole night that I didn’t use & only came back to sleep 4hrs due to check out at 11am. After she took my deposit she suddenly said I would off changed it or canceled it so you can get refunded and rebook! Why be like that!! Super rude and unprofessional!

This is my go to and only too Motel I highly recommend in the Fremont area for many different reasons!! For one it's convently close to my place of employment and for two it's always quiet, clean, & safe 👍. The last is the customer service is on point. A very friendly bunch 🙂 Monica,Especially is always quick to greet me with positive and welcoming energy. 🙂 She's fast to satisfy the needs of her guests all with positive conduct. It's always been highly appreciated when she checks me in overall a great experience from the gates, yee!

Positive: 2 Queen Bed room was cleaner than their other rooms stayed in the past. WiFi and TV worked. Shower water pressure was good. Negative: Thin walls and floors. Easy to hear above you if other guests are loud or have heavy shoes.

Very quiet discreet location. Rooms are nice and clean. A little old and in need of updating but okay enough. Housekeeping and maintenance are very nice. Jackie at the front desk is very helpful however I give a two star because the main front desk person, Monica, is very unpleasant, sour, and judgmental.

Lots of construction going on so if you're looking to relax and sleep in stay else where ! Construction started at precisely 7am !!! House keeping is also loud laughing caring on knocking on doors to service rooms at 830-9am !!! Which checkout isn't until 11 very annoying!! The rooms are ok the pillows do smell like dirty oily hair , As well as the blanket insert bith need a wash . Also had to request for my room to be vacuumed and front desk lady gave me an attitude! I had white sock on and they were filthy with dirt and hair!! Hospitality most definitely needs improvement here .

Monica is AMAZING! I love Goodnite inn for it's cleanliness, and budget friendly prices. Monica does an excellent job at maintaining the property and will accommodate your needs. The staff are friendly.and will assist you with your requests. I really enjoyed my stay at Goodnite inn.
