Fresno Inn

This hotel is gross. We booked for three nights but after arriving the first night we asked for a refund. We were given a room 210 in the "newly renovated side" . The room smelled gross, the sheets has blood stains, there was pubic hair too. Roaches everywhere. We asked for another room 212. It was worse, roaches everywhere, smelled gross, the tub was dirty…please never stay. The owner refused to give us our refund and was yelling at us. He was so rude.

I stayed here a few weeks ago and the hotel was decent, the front desk lady with black hair had a bossy attitude with my boyfriend and I, we felt uncomfortable but we stayed anyways, the next shift was a girl named Adrianna she was way more professional and kind to us, the rooms were decent and somewhat clean, the pool looked great, the location is impeccable being that is next to the 99 and many fast food places, I notice the night watchman(security guard) doing his rounds he seems to be doing a great job and that gave us comfort because across the street at the days inn our car got vandalized so yes that security guard was also kind to us and helped point us towards our room, the night shift Hindu guy with the mustache was really nice too and helped us get a tv remote, overall I would definitely recommend this motel to anyone looking to stay with a great price! Also the owner with glasses was really pleasant he assured us that our car would be safe due to the watchman patrolling the property, I’m only doing 4/5 because of that rude manager!

I’m not particularly picky person, and like to travel on budget, but Fresno inn was too much for me. With the help of friendly hotel manager I inspected all available room - around ten - and decided, that I rather look for another place, even the hotel was already paid. The rooms were dirty with broken windows, stinking like old socks, and occasionally leaking water. I didn’t have enough courage to stay in any of them, and I choosed to loose 60$ which I never have refounded by trip.com By the way, advertising such a places as a hotel by Trip.com should be prosecuted by law. I give to this place ( and trip service ) 0 stars. Stay away from this place, better sleep in your car.

I stayed here a month or so ago and honestly it was better than what the reviews said they cleaned this place up, the rooms are clean the price is amazing, and the staff are very helpful and professional, first the front desk girl in the morning was a bit rude or acted like she didn’t care but the next girl came in when I went to get toilet paper and was way better she helped me and was very polite, the maintenance guy I think his name is Carter he fixed my door handle and was fast and did the job right, the security officer was really friendly as well we had a great conversation as I worked security before too so we related and told stories together, the house keeper I think her name was Christina was very helpful she gave me clean towels when our roll. Didn’t have any, and the area was great due to being in proximity of various fast food restaurants, and it’s only 15 minutes from the event I was attending, overall I enjoyed my time and felt very safe and welcome, next event I have in Fresno I’m totally choosing the Fresno inn!

Couple roaches crawling in the room.. idiots talking out on run. Very loud. The girl at front desk is great. Something odd tho. Turned on the fan and one light to go grab some food at Dennys then 15 minutes later I came back and every thing was off.. lol that's fishy not scary. Let me catch someone playin. The bed looks dirty too. I wish I wasn't so exhausted I'd already left. I wish there was a star lower than 1

Terrible experience!!! Everything was sooo wrong!!! The only thing was that the lady in the lobby was friendly, but everything else sssooo bad!!! It says that the rooms have microwave, and NO, that has continental breakfast, and NO... We were in two rooms, one had the window broken, the tv also broken (literally), the heater didn't worked, dirty rooms, the curtains were falling, the floor had broken tiles, had lots of cockroaches, the wall was written on, the towels had stains, etc, etc ..

with me being a security guard I noticed the security you have his name is Andrew, he’s really professional and does his job well, he helped me to my room and made me feel secure but the front desk lady "Gloria" rude. Everything else from cleaning the rooms to everything being upgraded like the mattress and better flooring; cleaner needs to be worked on.
