I was homeless prior to moving in here three days ago. Everything works well in the room and I have not seen any bugs. The staff has been ok. They provide good home cooked food thats well balanced and even good local products like crystal milks.

People in parkway where this particular motel is located well when you arrive at the motel be aware of your surroundings and watch and don't talk to the strangers watching you, and Look both ways constantly while crossing the road tweekers aim to hit as to instead of to please.... LMFAO kidding truth I thought I died and went to heaven it was so freaking lovely I'm taking my honeymoon there and having family reunions also

This place is a joke the boss of the staff gave a outsider a key to my room without my permission. And because of that clothes and money came up missing out my room and the staff are doing absolutely nothing to replace the things stolen from my room by the person they access to my room by giving them a key without notifying me before doing so. They refuse to take accountability for their actions

Rooms were nice. Manager was a total jerk. Approaches our moving car and begins yelling scaring us both. Room left in good condition with no items taken but was told not to come back. Believe that he did not want to give another weekly discounted rate (we had stayed two weeks) so he began acting like some sort of intimidating weirdo near the end of the second week. Needed to stay in a motel for additional week but found a much nicer arrangement a short distance away.

The nicest people if you follow there rules. But the majority people want to go and party there. Not cool here. I totally understand where the owners are coming from. They take care of my girlfriend. She always wants air-conditioning. So they give us the coolest room. John and Tammie say hi!!! We will be seeing you soon!!!!

Well it's in lowered part of Fresno, prostitutes literally walking outside. Close to freeways, close to downtown malls, food places. Room is older, some effort in remodeling, bed clean, shower newer tiling, shower doors need cleaning. A/C in rooms, elevators, lots of parking. $ priced low, slept well, felt safe in room. Not much to do at it's location, but jump onto 99 north or south and just like that your be near food places, malls, gas stations..
