Vagabond Inn - Glendale

Very solid. Another place said it’s "no ritz carlton", I’d go so far as to say it’s the ritz carlton of motels. Very clean with nice aesthetic touches like towels folded like ducks. My wife would kill me if we stayed anywhere less nice. A little bright in the morning (no blackout shades) but more than serviceable with someone at the front desk 24/7.

Finding a good place to stay when visiting is always a gamble. Luckily I found this well priced and well located hotel. The front desk was so friendly from helping me check into a room late at night, to helping me extend my stay without having to move rooms. The hotel is centrally located and a 5 minute or less walk to the mall. There’s tons of places to eat, shop and I love movies so AMC is right across the street. The rooms are spacious, very clean and modern. Keep in mind it is a non-smoking property but you have a smoking area upfront. I highly recommend this place if you are thinking about a place in the area.

This place is conveniently located with many nearby breakfast and food options. Parking is $10 per night. Location is nearby to universal studios and Warner bros studio tour.

The hotel was in a good location. Walking distance to the restaurants and shops. Very close to Griffith park that has some great trails. Rooms were very clean. Pool was a bit cold but the temps are still cold at nite but was refreshing in the sun. Would return

Location: across Americana mall & further down, Galleria mall. Behind is a quiet neighborhood. Rooms: Basic but my priority is cleanliness. This passed all my critical criteria checklist. Staff: Always ready to assist.

Great location as it is directly across the street from the Glendale Gallery. The rooms were simple but had all the necessities and were clean. Didn't use the pool area but appeared maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good size parking with front and rear access points.

I’m not one who writes many reviews, but I feel this hotel definitely deserves a higher rating. This obviously isn’t the Ritz, but rather a budget hotel. Given that, the rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. We had a great nights sleep, and zero issues. Check in was quick and easy, and both desk staff I spoke to were friendly and professional. We are coming back in 2 weeks for another stay and are looking forward to it. Bonus for the restaurant a quick walk away (Foxys). Great food there, especially their breakfast (served all day!).
