The rooms are SO nice! Clean, comfy, and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay, the only negative I could find is that the shower doesn’t get very warm. The location is mostly quiet if you don’t mind the train tracks. Over all, we would stay again and most likely will!

For the price, great room and service! The owner was super nice and friendly. Recommended to pay with cash to avoid fee. Also, it is located near a train and airport so expect noises at night. Recommendation for improvement: Better sheets, hair dryer, air conditioning is too cold when blowing and too hot when off. Overall really enjoyed my stay.

The price was very reasonable. The room was more than my expectation compared to the price. Everything was clean and well-prepared. The 2 staff/owners were super nice and kind. Easy check-in and out. There are fees for credit/debit card so you should bring cash. Looking for improvements: hairdryer, blanket and AC ^^

Very reasonable pricing for the rooms. The people at the desk were very friendly and made the process of checking in and out extremely easy for my wife and I. Room was prepared very well and was extremely clean upon entering. Overall a great experience and would come back. There is a train track nearby so expect to hear some trains.

We came to town for a wrestling show and this hotel was about 10 minutes away. Perfect for what we needed. The room itself was very hot upon entering. It’s very bare minimum as far as bedding and towels. The bed came with 2 very flat pillows and a bed sheet. If you’re staying here, you may want to bring your own pillows and blanket. The towels in the restroom are very thin. The room is big and very open which we liked. When you check in, the office is very hot and they require a $20 cash deposit. When I returned my key, I forgot about the deposit after it was too late. Not sure if this is an easy cash grab for them since most hotels just charge the deposit on the same card. So if you’re staying here, please remember to ask for your deposit back. Also, the parking lot is very small and not enough room for everyone staying there.

We stayed here for about 4 months, week to week in the room that has gas stovetop and we were sad to go. They keep the property clean, they keep up with pest control, they have this property lit up at night so you feel safer, cameras everywhere and they are good nice people. They worked with us when we were late on weekly rent the last few weeks. People that do live there pretty much keep to themselves, no crazies around, no weird activity and I just never felt unsafe there. If you're looking for somewhere that does monthly, week to week within Grand Prairie area, this is the place to stay. This is also somewhere that I will be back to in the future because they've proven to be a place I know will be good.

stayed here for one night with my partner for an event at globe life field and it was a pleasant experience! it's very close to globe life field and the at&t center which is a plus if you're looking for somewhere to stay. i am also very pleased with the fact that it was an affordable stay! the room was very spacious, clean, and even had a kitchenette. no mess in the bed or bathroom. i did have a few complaints. first of all, upon arrival, my partner said that they apparently heard long-term residents of the hotel yelling at other residents/staff. i did not witness this, so i can't attest to it. a big complaint of mine is that even though there was a kitchenette, there was no microwave provided. there were also no plugs in the bathroom, which was not a dealbreaker, just an inconvenience. naturally that means they also did not provide a hairdryer. the soaps that they provided were in packages instead of bottles, and definitely would not have been enough for two adults to use. my final con is that the walls were rather thin so you could hear anything that your neighbors were doing, down to the sounds of the tv. despite these cons i still think it's a good experience especially the price. you get what you pay for, and i recommend it.
