La Hacienda Motel

I recently stayed in 104. I used to live in Grand Prairie and I have even stayed a week or two at this motel. Like +5 years ago. Back then the beds were suitable for sleeping in. But now they have nothing but hard beds to sleep on. Awfully uncomfortable. I asked for a softer bed. But the manager acted like I was asking way too much and didn’t seem to care at all. The ONLY upside is there are no roaches or bedbugs.

Wouldn't give me a weekly room down stairs I'm disabled can't go up stairs but daily rooms are great no refrigerator or microwave in rooms I was in

It's okay if you are looking for a room on budget. Weekly rooms and rates are better than the daily rooms. Just my opinion, but over all. It's by a railroad track so u hear a train constantly. Big trucks are everywhere due to warehouse. A corner store 0.7 from the motel. But I love the staff. Very friendly. They are respectful and welcoming.

Cleaning lady doesn't like changing bed linen then gets mad if you watch her to make sure she does. She talks to outsiders more than cleaning the dang rooms. I had brought my own linen to have a clean sleep. I pay less at an inn and suite Sunday - Thursday and get clean linen better cable and breakfast with other amenities. At least they can do is have clean bed linen. I don't want to sleep on someone's sloppy seconds.

Owner would not five us a weekly room because we had children. Gave us room 109 which is run down, furniture falling apart. I asked the owners wife if I could sit out on the chairs they had by the office because I was feeling faint, also I'm pregnant. She said no and to get a chair out of my room. I told her that the chair in my room wad broken. Long story short I passed out and ended up in the emergency room. I spent over a week there paying 55 a night, just to be treated poorly. I wad also told by the housekeeper and other hotel guest that rooms were available weekly, they had just been refusing us a room. Very disgusting to patronize with people who could care less about you.

This is the WORST HOTEL EVER!! I was afraid to sleep. The room was filthy. There was a used towel in the bathroom, a dirty sock in the closet area and a friggin hyperdermic needle politely sitting on top of the flat screen tv!! I also found some long ass strand of hair in the bed when I pulled the blanket back. This is a no star hotel! The worst 50 I ever spent!!

Nice staff,clean room,cold a/c.Been here going in a month was relocated to Grand Prairie by my employer,I'll stay here until I find a place close to my job.No drama here.I have no complaints.
