The Guest House at Gulfport Landing was Phenomenal! From the moment we walked in to the moment Jason greeted us out—my wife and I appreciated every little detail that Jason took into consideration. It was our first experience staying at a Bed & Breakfast, so Jason went all out to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Our breakfast was beautiful. The placement of the food was creative and well planned, Jason sure is a great Chef. We had received a complimentary romance package for our first stay and that included a beautiful setup of Wine & 4 Chocolate Covered Strawberries. It was a weekend to remember. We are looking forward to our next stay here at The Guest House. If you happen to be in the area or have ever wanted to experience the Bed & Breakfast atmosphere, this is absolutely the place to visit for a weekend.
The Guest House at Gulfport Landing is a wonderful place to stay. It is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The rooms are very comfortable. Jason is very friendly and hospitable and goes above and beyond to make sure guests have what they need to make their stay great. Breakfast was always fresh and delicious and beautifully presented. I really enjoyed sitting on the front porch swing and relaxing. Its close enough to walk to the beach and you can see the water from the balcony. The extra small touches of locally made soaps in the bathrooms were a nice touch. If we ever return to this area, this will be the first place we check for reservations. I would highly recommend The Guest House at Gulfport Landing. You just cant get this kind of quality, and comfort at a plain hotel. Not to mention the breakfast was top notch. Jason is an excellent cook!!
The most beautiful place I've ever had the pleasure of staying at. I was so impressed with everything that I booked a second night. Historical building with a lot of history, full fresh-cooked breakfast included, and the most AMAZING customer service/hospitality ever from Mrs. Kathy. I will definitely be returning to the Guest House when I come back to Gulfport next. Such a charming building, guest rooms, and many amenities including free bikes to ride around town on! I love this B&B! I'm so glad I found it when searching for a place to stay in Gulfport. Beautiful property and very kind and caring people that own/run it.
Jason was super cool from the first phone call. We were hanging out after lunch and I called and asked if it was possible for an early check in. He told us it was no problem and we could drop off our stuff while he was still prepping the room. He gave us a tour of the beautiful house and he was really really knowledgeable about architecture of the local area and history of the buildings. The location is perfect. A 2 min ride from downtown restaurants or 1 min from the island casino. There are 2 bicycles for use. There's a parking lot in the back for 5 vehicles so you don't have to park on the street. The rooms were very clean and decorated pretty cool. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. Breakfast. Was. Delicious. For the service and the quality of the room this place is an incredible price. Absolutely will stay again when I'm in Gulfport with my wife.
This is the most amazing bed and breakfast I have ever stayed in—and I’ve stayed at many. This was my husband’s first experience at one, and he is was impressed to say the least. The team does a phenomenal job keeping the house clean and well stocked with water, tea, and drinks. You have use of the fridge to store leftovers and access to the parking lot in the rear of the house. The room was spotless and set up with all the little things—down to handmade soaps in the bathroom. We did the romance package—champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, and breakfast in bed. And let me tell you the breakfast was my favorite part. Ms. Cathy even went above and beyond to get a tea stain out of my brand new white dress when we first arrived. Thank you to the Guest House team for making our getaway so memorable!
Enjoyed the stay at a very nice home. The staff was awesome. Kathy gave us a very warm greeting, showed us around and took our breakfast order. The following morning Jason, prepared a beautiful and delicious breakfast and even took the time to sit with us. He has done a excellent job decorating the house. I have highly recommended this place to our friends.
Beautiful bed and breakfast not even 50 feet from downtown Gulfport. Hosts were super nice and welcoming (we arrived late due to weather but they were more than accommodating). They even packed us a breakfast to go early the next morning since we were going on the boat to ship island for the day (also not too far from the B&B). Even with other guests, it is very quiet, which is always a plus. The neighborhood is still beautiful even so close to the casino on the beachfront nearby. Overall a great place and we'll be back! Edited to add: Jason is an incredible chef (THOSE PANCAKES ARE AMAZING) and Kathy was super sweet, helpful, and accommodating. We had a great time yall, seriously thank you so much for making our trip a blast.
