Wonderful accomodations! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while checking out the Henderson area. Clean, well organized suites with a plethora of storage. The suite was comfortable for a long term stay. A great assorted breakfast buffet style each morning. Farm fresh eggs is an added plus! Laundry was fair at $4.00 per load for the added convience for your traveling guest. Pet friendly and friendly staff. Room rate was fair.
Positive: The Breakfast Bar! hotel employee who is in charge of this area is awesome! She made sure everything was constantly stocked and area cleaned! Also, the front desk rep was pretty attentive and friendly! Negative: My king size bed was very lumpy! Need new mattresses. Plus having animals in the hotel is not a good thing! 2 separate days, I was woken in the middle of the night bc had the dog barking loudlly! You can tell the walls are thin for that reason.
Overpriced really tiny rooms for a town place. This is a franchise. It is not an actual Marriott hotel. They bought the name and they do not have the same customer service as Marriott. They charge $15 to park here in the middle of nowhere. The Marriott on the strip don’t even charge that in Las Vegas.
Absolutely beautiful hotel, staff was so sweet and understanding. I left my phone in the room and the sweet housekeeping woman came and helped me look for it! Breakfast was delicious, the suites were big and spacious, and the Air Conditioning cooled the rooms down quickly. We definitely will be back!
This place is really nice and was very impressed with all the staff here everyone was very friendly and courteous. The cleaning staff, breakfast woman was so nice and the food was amazing. I also left behind a pillow and spoke to Clarissa and she is taking care of it. You will really enjoy staying here and it’s very quiet too.
Convenient to the highway, this is a comfortable, clean hotel. It's right across the road from a loud car wash, and a couple of blocks from the highway, so it never was fully quiet. I was looking to be able to get back on the highway fast, but was surprised at the noise that came through.
Response to the owner: you have flat out lied to Marriot Bonvoy corporate by telling them we were told about paying for parking in advance, when we were specifically told at check-in that our parking was covered. You haven’t talked to your team about anything. Absolutely do not stay here! This experience not only soured us on this hotel, but we are unlikely to book future stays with any Marriott property, both for business and leisure, going forward, despite extensive bookings to this point. Nevermind that our room smelled like chemicals the entire time we were there or that there were unknown stains on the sheets and pillowcases. Those were the least of our worries. We booked our rooms in November. It was two rooms at the longterm stay rate. The policy specifically says the accommodation rules for this hotel require a stay of three nights or more and that self-parking is included. It was $100 more per room, and we booked two rooms. We confirmed via Bonvoy customer service that self-parking was included and confirmed again when we checked in. We were assured it was included. Imagine our surprise when there was $75 in parking fees included on our bill. We went to the front desk to have parking removed, showed the screenshots confirming parking was included and showed the rate policy that said it would be included. We were told they would need to speak to their manager, and there was no manager on duty. We said we would wait to hear back. The front desk person never allowed us to speak to the manager and refused to call them back after telling us the manager would not honor their longterm stay rate policy. Then, to our second surprise, another woman came up and told us she was the manager on duty. So, the front desk person lied. We then explained the situation again, and the woman who said she was the manager refused to remove the charges. She told us to "call Marriott ourselves" because they "couldn’t do anything about it at the hotel." After back and forth in which she told us this was "an isolated incident" and that $75 shouldn’t stop us from staying at Marriott again (suggesting $75 isn’t important enough to cause concern), we had to leave, having wasted half an hour trying to have the matter addressed. We called Marriott, which agreed the policy indicated we should not be charged for parking and called the hotel while we were on the line, asking them to issue the refund, showing they clearly could do so. The hotel again refused to act until we sent "proof of the policy." The policy we had already shown them in the hotel. To both the front desk and manager. This is petty behavior at its finest. The hotel staff was wrong, didn’t want to admit it, didn’t want to correct the issue, and is now seeking to make it more difficult for us simply because they can. We will never stay here again, and we recommend you do not either.
