Never have I ever ….. had a more beautiful, attentive and thoughtful experience. Every part of- the team - the cleanliness- expert guest experience- EVERY single thing was perfection. We live in Hawaii, and have ventured out for "staycations" on many many occasions. But we decided to have our wedding honeymoon at this resort. I can honestly say I have never held the expectations that the Kahala provided. Don’t stay anywhere else on Oahu. Everything here is exactly perfect, beyond your dreams. **Thank you so much for Our honeymoon experience. We will visit you for every anniversary and any other occasion. Amazing team, amazing manager, amazing resort. Mahalo 💜

The room of 5,000 yuan a night didn't even have a welcome fruit plate. I stayed for four nights. On the last night, the landline in the room kept ringing, and it rang six or seven times. People were stupid once in an hour. I didn't sleep well with my child. At six o'clock in the morning, I went to the front desk to find someone to argue. My English was not very good, so I asked the guide for help me and the front desk theory. I asked for a free late check-out and didn't sleep well. The hotel agreed to check-out until 6:00 p.m. Compared with other hotels, this is a better hotel in Oahu. Overall, I can only give 6 points. Maybe my requirements are too high. The service attitude of living in Bulgali hotels at this price in China is still very different. There will be a lot of gifts.

This place is incredibly charming. We had a wonderful stay. What makes this place extra special is the service. The staff is very attentive, kind and accommodating. We couldn't believe how well the staff took care of us - as simple as cleaning and organizing our rooms for us while we were out and about. One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Also this hotel is very quiet. It's tucked away from the city. Our beach was also quiet and not crowded at all.

We loved our stay at The Kahala Hotel! The property is stunning and so peaceful. Our ocean view room was perfect with breathtaking sunrise and sunset views, and I bet the golf course views were amazing too. The food was great, and the breakfast buffet was unmatched. Plumeria Beach House was our favorite spot with delicious food and beautiful indoor-outdoor seating right by the private Beach. Seeing the dolphins up close was interesting but also a little heartbreaking. They are such smart, social animals, and the swimming space isn’t big or deep, with their backs exposed most of the time. It felt like such a small space for them. Overall, the property feels posh yet relaxed, the staff were amazing, and the turn-down service was such a nice touch. Great stay barring the dolphin enclosure!

Food was okay, the catch was the bill. They couldn't get the bill to go through. They tried and tried and tried. Sure enough, all those transactions went through. I can't afford that place, we'll pass. Back to the Grandma kicking Gramps/me out of bed in the morning to cook breakfast. At least the bill is afforable. I'm good, will just stick to the Hale Koa Hotel. Bill works down that the first time. Oh, and that alacart concept... That ran up the bill a bit.

I haven't officially stayed here as a guest, yet. But my family has come here on many occasions for breakfast or lunch at their plumeria beach house resturaunt. It's a beautiful location where you can see the ocean, as well as when you're done eating, you're free to roam the area and see the beautiful architecture and structure of the hotel. They also have Dolphins here that you get to see. Which they are quite playful. Just...for me, I have my own personal views on this. But beside that, none the less and regardless, it's how they get attention as a tourist attraction. And these Dolphins have sprayed me with water with water on occasion as I would watch them, of course they don't do it purposefully, but as a small playful gesture to some guests who just kinda stand there watching. But the food here is incredible and of good quality. 👍 Good for parties as well, cuz we hosted a party of about 20 and they helped with providing one choice bentos for everyone, which were surprisingly well catered. And good for birthdays as well. ^_^ So please check out the Kahala Hotel and Resort, as it is a beautiful area and their beach area is quite nice as well. :3

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Kahala Hotel & Resort. From the moment we walked into the lobby, Pure Luxury. The Front desk staff was extremely helpful and I'd like to point out Carolyn, who made us feel like family. I don't remember ever being at any hotel where everyone remembered my name. While the hotel is beautiful it is the people that will bring us back. From touching down at valet to relaxing pool side and beach service everyone had a smile on their face and joy in their hearts. I'm not interested in trying any other hotel in the Waikiki/Kahala area.
