The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach

The staff were amazing. It started from the pre-arrival survey from the concierge team. They made sure we have kids items we needed in the room on the date of arrival. The staff at the parking area and the check-in counter were all extremely warm and welcoming. The house-keeping staff kept our room spotless and well stocked everyday. The pool staff kept the area clean and tidy and are also very friendly. The staff at Solera were also excellent. There are plenty of 5 star hotels in the Waikiki area but the service at Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki is what truly sets them apart. We will definitely book with them again when we return to Honolulu.

The location was great, walking distance to the beach, shops , restaurants, etc. Room was nice, great views. The bell desk and concierge were super helpful and friendly. Check in was a bit slow other than that everything was good.

We had a very peaceful and happy stay. When visiting Waikiki, The Ritz-Carlton is our only choice. In addition to the excellent service, having a kitchen in the room is extremely appealing, as it allows us to cook during our stay. The large refrigerator, as well as the washer and dryer, made it easy and convenient to do laundry. The children’s pool is also spacious, which is a major advantage for families traveling with kids. In many ways, this is a rare hotel that can be enjoyed like a vacation rental. We will definitely return. Thank you very much 🥰

Great property! Service is outstanding. Caters to families, offer a lot of extras if you're traveling with babies- crib, diaper genie, bath tub. Rooms are spacious and the full kitchen including washer/dryer, dishwasher is very helpful.

Luxury from check in through check out! We just finished our stay at the Ritz Carlton Residences Waikiki Beach and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Relaxation set in from the moment we checked in. Service throughout the property was exceptional. Turndown service was particularly excellent thanks to the work of Jennifer and Jeoffrey who spoiled us with personal touches. We have stayed at luxury properties all over the world and this property delivers service at the highest level. Ann at the front desk remembered our names, providing that personal touch. Vince took amazing care of us at the adult pool making us comfortable while we waited for our room to be ready given our morning arrival. David and Robin offered great service as well. Luxury through and through.

I’m only giving it four stars because the floor didn’t seem clean, there were stains on some of the furniture, the dryer didn’t work, and there are few nice amenities. However, the suite was well appointed, modern, had a fully equipped kitchen, and the view was amazing. As with all Ritz Carlton properties, the customer service was excellent, the restaurants were good, and it’s in a convenient location. They gave us $200 credit for the dryer inconvenience without us asking and dried our clothes in their machine. I would stay there again.

This hotel is very clean, and the staff are all friendly and helpful, ensuring a perfect experience. Valet parking is convenient, and you can get your car quickly when you need it. The washer and dryer in the residence room were also of good quality. I highly recommend it.
