Bposhtels Houston

I had a lovely one-night stay at the hostel. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. The breakfast with bagels and coffee in the morning was simple but perfect. Thank you for the excellent hospitality!

The stay was pleasant, they do have a breakfast selection, the pool and outdoor seating area was a wonderful additive. The rooms were clean and smelled nice. Was a great stay.

Solo female traveller, felt very unsafe in the area. Sheets were dirty, lights in the room did not work and bathroom was dirty. Ended up leaving early and was told I would get a refund for the remainder of my booking but Bposhtels have completely ghosted me. My only saving grace was the people who worked at the front desk for the Heights Hotel, they were very kind and helpful. Overall horrible experience and would NOT RECOMMEND for a female traveller.

Pretty below average for a hostel. It’s actually just a cheap hotel where they turned some rooms into dorms. Not super backpacker or social but it gets the job done at a budget

Firmly a believer all of the positive reviews are people who didn’t have the experience rooming with the "ambassador" or talking with the owner of the company, Marco. An incredibly stressful and uncomfortable experience including but not limited to: being watched and judged by an "ambassador" (named Capitola) for the company who’s staying in the same room and who did not disclose they worked for the company until we did something she decided was wrong, a messy environment with barely any lighting, and being told my friend and I are in the wrong and cannot receive any accommodation for our troubles by the rude owner (Marco). I genuinely look back at my brief time here and feel disgust and discomfort over the situation my friend and I were put in unknowingly.

The place was conveniently located and had a great very nice outdoor patio area customer service from front desk staff was very friendly and the room was pretty good only stayed for one night so I was in and out. Had quite place in love by with great wi-fi to complete work on my laptop no problem

This was my first time to use a hostel as opposed to a regular hotel room. This hostel was outstanding. The room was clean,, and the beds were comfortable. The pool was very nice. The host Capitola was very helpful and responsive to my questions and needs. She has a very live and charming personality, and it was very appreciated! I will definitely come back and I highly recommend this hostel.
