Embassy Suites by Hilton Huntsville

Room feels fresh and is in overall good repair. Room was clean and spacious. Location is central with plenty of parking. Overall great experience. Would definitely stay here again. Very nice breakfast (omelet bar) for a free hotel breakfast. Hotel shuttle is a nice bonus if you need that, and plenty of things within walking distance.

We had a group of 200 people overnight at The Embassy Suites on November 15th. Mrs. Annette made our stay amazing. She met me and guided me to our banquet space, went over the seating, worked out our equipment staying in the room overnight and did everything in such a caring manner. She made sure our breakfast was set up early the next morning and that our group had all they needed. Mrs. Annette is the reason for the 5 stars!! She cared and showed us southern hospitality at its best.

We loved our stay at the Embassy Suites in Huntsville, Alabama. The hotel has a beautiful view and is perfectly located right in downtown Huntsville, making it easy to walk to nearby restaurants and attractions. Everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and would choose to stay here every time we’re in Huntsville. Thank you for a great experience!

We held our company holiday party at the Embassy on January 10th and they did a fantastic job! Food was great, service was great, overall everything was great. Ms. Annette and DC made sure everything went smoothly and helped direct events for the night. Jojo, the bartender, was also wonderful and made great drinks. We have held our holiday party here the last three years but this year it was just seamless.

I stayed at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Huntsville on February 14th, and I was extremely disappointed with the service I received at the hotel bar. The bartender refused me service, claiming my ID was fake, even though I had used the same ID to check into and book my room without issue. I called over two managers to resolve the situation, but neither took any action to address the problem. As a Hilton Honors member and the daughter of a Hilton Diamond member for over 10 years, I felt disrespected and frustrated that the situation was not handled appropriately. Unfortunately, the lack of resolution made my experience at this hotel very negative, and I hope the management will take steps to ensure future guests are treated with respect.
