Sybaris Indianapolis

Check in was super easy and completed 90% of it on the phone so we literally just walked in, gave our name and got our parking tag and room key. We got a last minute $100 off of our room deal and the room was just like the pictures! Very clean, pool was perfectly warm. My husband and I had a great time away from everyone and everything. Very quiet, peaceful and romantic. Reservation wasi from 6pm-11am AND we paid an extra $100 to extend the checkout time from 11am-3pm We decided we would probably make this once or twice per year getaway.

I read the reviews before coming to this establishment and requested a newly renovated room. I was so glad that I requested one of the newly renovated rooms. It was truly wonderful! We loved every thing about our stay and Had an absolutely amazing time. Honestly the only way they could make this better is if they had room service for food and drinks, but we were able to receive Uber eats or go out to eat as well during the day. We could not get hot water to the bidet or the faucet, But we didn’t really use the bidet because of that. The steam shower had a smell I couldn’t get past so we kind of skipped over that but it is a great area if you want to use it as a couples shower! Plenty of room. The pool was so warm and lovely. They really thought of every detail. We loved the stereo system, mood lighting, waterfall over the pool (it is cold though) and jacuzzi tub with fireplace. We would definately come back to stay!

My husband and I needed a getaway and Sybaris did not let us down. We were able to shut away all our troubles and really be together in ways we haven't in years! We can't wait to book again! Our pool suite was very clean and well kept! 10/10 we highly recommend!

This was our first experience with Sybaris and we could honestly say it was an experience. The location itself is in an uneasy location. It’s semi tucked in off a busy road that looks run down. Check in was easy as long as you do the pre-check in. Rooms were large and had several entertaining accommodations. We got suite 5 which is the Majestic Suite. The bed and pillows were very comfortable to sleep in, the pool was very warm and inviting. The waterfall worked and was a nice touch. The only downside was the "hot tub" whirlpool was filthy. We cleaned it three times and it still had nasty grime all over it. Also, the jets we no powerful at all. It felt like a warm bath. The bathroom shower head had grime all over it with low pressure which made it hard to have a nice shower. The massage chair was so small, definitely not an adult size which you barely felt any massage. The suite comes with a microwave, mini refrigerator with ice, coffee maker, robes and upon request (with cost) they can lay flower petals on the bed (nice touch). Overall, we enjoyed ourselves. The private pool and alone time to reconnect. We hope to try a different location in the future.

The room and the amenities were perfect. The pool and spa were sensational. The only issue we had was i ordered a love basket. We did not get our robes because they said the were out. Nor did we receive a bottle of Cider, or a game. My wife wanted me to say something but we just buried our 27 year old son, overdose, six days ago and the fight has left me. Everything about thr facility is 5star.

This place was 10/10 overall great experience! I would stay again for sure , the paradise room was newly renovated and had such amazing amenities the pool, tub, sauna and showers were all very clean with excellent service! It was beautiful and such an amazing stay. Loved the star lights above the bed, colorful fireplace and the pool waterfall!

This is really nice. It is a bit dated, but with all the amenities it's an amazing room. It's is expensive but we had a pool, big whirlpool tub and a steam room. The toilet and bidet were really low. It was an older style bidet. They provide a lot of pillows, but if you use a flatter pillow I would suggest you bring your own. The pillows are really thick. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back. It was easy to find. Over all it was a great experience.
