The room was spacious, clean, and affordable. I’d recommend adding a couch or chair in the room so you arent just sitting on the bed or at the desk. The microwave and fridge were a nice touch (although fridge didnt work but didnt need it). Sheets are thin so if you get cold bring an extra blanket! Great value all things considered if you’re just looking for one night. Front desk friendly as well.

Not bad for a couple nights. Stayed for a concert at the Kia Forum. The room was clean but the walls are very thin. Free parking was great. The area isn’t very walkable or interesting.

The room was clean, comfortable and is not too far from LAX. I think the price is good for what you get. I highly recommend it.

Stayed here 02/21/26 the room was VERY clean! Parking a little tight. Room had fridge and microwave but no ironing board or iron. The extra warm blanket was a plus. Overall this is a good place stay for clean room and restroom .

I don’t even have the energy to describe the absolute worst experience I have ever had at this place. The hotel owner was so horrible and extremely disrespectful. The rooms were very unsettling and felt like a bunker barely a comfortable stay. The blankets were a single sheet. The additional blanket provided had hair in it so that was useless. You shouldn’t have to get a new room to make up for the experience. The area is obviously rough however if the room was cozy we wouldn’t mind the street being so busy. The shower drain didn’t drain so that was disgusting. We asked for more pillows and towels and were QUESTIONED as to why we need them. Are you serious??? I shouldn’t have to explain myself. The owner brought me a pillow with a blood stain on it. That’s when I knew we had to leave no matter what. I explained why we’re leaving and it turned into an argument that I need to be accommodating to what they provide. No way. As a guest I have never had to argue so much and set boundaries with these people. They stood outside our room as we packed up trying to get us to stay. I was also denied a refund. So, do not believe any of these reviews. From the moment we checked in the guy who is the owner is a complete jerk and I would never spend my money or time in this place even if you paid me a million dollars.

Great location, nice and quiet room, and very helpful owner. Plenty of parking and feel safe. Also a number of fast food restaurants nearby. I am very happy to stay here and had a good sleep, while my other night in another motel was terribly terrible. Seems in LA you gotta wisely choose where to stay
