Today is 02/13/26 I just left he ask do we want a smoking or non smoking we said smoking I went to use the restroom it was not no tissue and the toilet was broke and it was out dates the blanket look like a curtain I went and told the clerk he gave us another room before we enter there was roaches on the wall. I pushed the room door open and it was roaches 🪳 crawling all in the floor I went back and told the clerk I was not staying in there I said the room have roaches as soon as I said that a guys walk right behind us a said my room have roaches to the clerk said he was embarrassed and he was the owner he said it was the manager fault. The guy room that had the roaches to he asked to see the room before he paid we didn’t we paid first thank god he gave me a refund. Before you pay your money asked to see the room. $300.00 for that oh no don’t believe those reviews they from staffs and family members

Please, do not spread disease! Look at the sheets before getting in bed! Our bed was not cleaned! There were bodily fluids on bottom, top sheet and bedspread. Terrible! We called the front desk and they had problems understanding English. We informed them that our bed was dirty. They said it was clean.....we told them to come up and look. We showed him three huge identical sized stains on three peices, bottom, top sheet and also through the bedspread. He took ten minutes to place a sheet on the bed not even tucked in, then asked if we wanted a clean bedspread. It took him ten minutes to come back to the room and then ten minutes to put on the bedspread. As I proceeded to crawl into bed I noticed there was no top sheet! So we called again! There was a man yelling in the background! He then took another ten to fifteen minutes to come back up with a top sheet. I had to be up at 5am and didn't appreciate having to deal with this in the middle of the night.

Stayed in a room for a few days with a couple of family members while traveling to a funeral. Rooms were very spacious. However our room looked like someone kept a big dog in the restroom. The bathroom door was chewed up and still had paw prints all over it. The ceiling vent looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The refrigerator smell so bad that when opened, the smell engulfed the whole room. The trash was taken out and the beds were made daily, but the floor seemed as if it rarely got mopped or swept. Also not very "kid friendly" if you know what I mean.

Do not stay here they are rude and unprofessional rooms a dirty with bed bugs DO NOT STAY HERE

There are bugs in the living room.And l've lost things too.

Tourist Lodge was a nightmare. The room reeked of cigarette smoke, infested with cockroaches, and the sheets were unchanged. The TV didn't work, and the receptionist was inhospitable. I didn't feel safe, and the noise kept us up all night. Despite planning to stay three nights, I left after one, relieved to get a refund. Avoid this place at all costs.

Stayed 2 nights. We slept fine, the sheets were clean, the shower was clean, the water pressure was good. The water got hot, and the AC worked. For the cheapest option in the area, we were actually satisfied. Nothing too bad, nothing great. The ice machine worked and so did the fridge. I used to work at motels, so I know to not ever use the top blanket at any low to mid priced motel, and bring extra pillow cases to double wrap the used pillows - personal choice. I brought my own cleaning wipes, house slippers, and hand sanitizer. I always wear slippers at hotels. We prewiped the areas we were using and the remote. All fine. No biggie, but could have been cleaner. For example there was dust and dirt in the handle of the mini fridge, the corners of the rooms, and the room smelled of cigarettes. We had to air the room out the first day, and the smell would not go away. Perhaps the downstairs was a smoking room or something. Oh well. They did change our towels on the second day which was great. We are out of towners, so my guess is this is one of the better rooms. Overall, price, service, and functional I can give 5 stars it met our expectations and nothing to crazy.
