My stay at the Indigo was a real pleasure! The staff was fantastic, especially Athlene and the rest of the front desk staff as well as Paula, Vanessa, Dolce, and the rest of the restaurant staff. The room was gorgeous! Lovely art, full of light, and a seriously comfy bed. Housekeeping did a great job, as the room was spotless. The food at the restaurant was really good, too. The chefs got my bacon perfectly crispy! I also had the pork chop for supper one night and it practically melted in my mouth. They also catered our team dinner with a taco bar and the meats had delightful spicy kick. If I ever come back to Dallas, I'll be staying here again!

I travel through the Las Colinas area a couple of times a year and started staying at Hotel Indigo on a whim last year. I'm so glad I did! I've stayed three times now, and my experience has been top notch each stay. The front desk staff is just awesome, especially Athlene, who makes me and my dog Dennis feel special each stay. Everything is clean and feels new, and the restaurant is delicious. I hope to be back again next year!

Rooms are good and very new. However not worth the money. Looks like a commercial scheme to offer 15$ credit I response for 10$ fee. Doesn’t make sense as we don’t get anything from cafe within 15$. As even a Simple avacado toast is 20$ not worth. However Cafe service is good. Hotel not worth 300$ or 550$ would prefer residence inn instead of this. Technician was very good as he fixed few electrical issues immediately. Front desk is very helpful. However for the charge of 360+ USD doesn’t make sense.

The hotel was absolutely nice and beautiful! The room was very clean and well designed. The breakfast was good and we actually had our breakfast outside by the pool which was really nice. The pool is nice. The location is in a commercial area. I had a car so I was able to drive to places nearby. There are restaurants you can probably walk to however it’s hot in Texas. there is a very nice restaurant inside the hotel, but I didn’t try the food. I liked the hotel and would stay again. You have to pay 12$ a night for parking.

Phenomenal stay! Everything looked so fresh and clean, and every team member we interacted with were so eager to assist. Shout out to Moises for his friendly interaction during dinner and to the woman who checked us out (I couldn't read her name on the card she gave us!) for being such a warm personality so early in the morning. Hotel Indigo is always where I prefer to stay, and I would definitely stay here again!

First and foremost, great location as far as geographically easy to get to from the airport and whatnot but also the facility is beautiful, rooms comfortable (beds comfortable and two different pillow type options) Most importantly - the staff is next level. The hotel indigo clearly worked very hard to find the best of the best. I came here after mass airport cancellations and was met with warmth, kindness, humanity. Veronica and team checked me in effortlessly, made me aware of all the offerings (pool, gym, etc) and made me feel seen / heard / human. Beyond empathetic to my long day, beyond helpful. I had dinner at the bar, tended by the kindest and most attentive bar staff I’ve encountered in a while - going so far as to get the girl a few seats down a dessert even after the kitchen was closed. The next morning, the lovely gentlemen at the front desk made some recommendations on things to do / places to go / assured me each of my choices were safe and sound. One even explained how the shuttle system worked and pointed out which of my options were ones that they could take me to by shuttle, again, above and beyond. I hope not to get stuck in Dallas again, but if I do (or for my next trip) I’ll be staying here.

This hotel was wonderful! I have been traveling to Irving frequently for work and have stayed at multiple hotels. Hotel Indigo Irving Las Colinas has been by far the best one. The hotel is welcoming with a clean and modern vibe. Great location! I arrived very late at night to check-in, and Randy at the front desk was AMAZING! He was extremely helpful, informative, and personable! His goal was to check me in as quickly and smoothly as possible so that I could get some rest after my travel. The room was clean, updated, very modern, and comfortable. I stayed here for 6 nights, and enjoyed every minute. The restaurant food was also great - mediterranean theme and tasteful. The room service was great - they came in everyday to refresh towels, re-stock room items, make the bed, and left the room spotless. I will definitely be back! Please keep up the momentum and wonderful job running this hotel.
