We stayed like ten days. And cleaning was very right, room temperature just quiet right. Reception was very smiley 🙂 everything is great, thank you

Stayed one night at Haiban Inn and had a good experience overall. The location is super convenient—just a short walk to the Journal Square PATH station and surrounded by great Indian restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a quick overnight stay—microwave, iron, and toiletries. Check-in was smooth and the staff was friendly and helpful. There’s no private parking, but I was able to get a street parking, which made overnight parking easy and affordable—no issues finding a spot nearby especially late night. Daytime street parking would be a luck to try. It’s not fancy, but for the price and location, it’s a solid choice. I’d definitely consider staying here again for a short trip or transit stop.

Never ever trust these guys... I booked a room a month ago and they cancelled it a day before arrival without informing me and when I went to check-in the guy was saying that it got cancelled due my credit card authorization but no one charge a card before the arrival date he was trying to get away with a silly reason like I never been to a hotel before in fact I work in one and later I found out that they gave the room to some one on cash for a higher price and when asked to compensate he became rude never book a room here I repeat never.

Haiban inn is good place. I visited three times. Found it helpful to my overnight stay for work trips. Previous stay I used for tourism. People here are kind and service oriented.

I had a disappointing experience at the reception. The lady at the front desk was quite rude and didn’t communicate properly. She quoted a different rate over the phone, and when I pointed out that the online rate was the same as what I mentioned, she simply told me to book online. This kind of service is very unprofessional and frustrating. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service.

I can’t give no more than a star this is a hostile world dirty stinky place i had to mop the eating area and the bathroom so my friend could sleep and sprayed Lysol disinfect the area including the bed clean the bathtub sink uuuug i will never in my life will stay in this gross neglected place not safe inside or outside don’t stay here I won’t recommend they anyone

Clean, professional, affordable, good people. The best place you can get on a visit. The location in India square is very good.
