Nice room! Bed was pretty comfy, room was very clean. Bathroom is nice as well. The kitchen had just enough stuff that I needed: a couple skillets/pots. Plenty of silverware and glasses, as well as a dishwasher, detergent, etc. Stocked like an Airbnb kitchen essentially. The location is also prime, right across from the PATH station and near a Whole Foods, cava, etc Rooftop bar is one of my favorite spots, drinks are decent and not too expensive during happy hour. Breakfast was really good on the terrace and the staff at the front desk was helpful, they even had extra toothbrushes and toothpaste. My only complaint was the view was non existent and we couldn’t upgrade but apparently they only have four rooms in the hotel with the view, so book that ahead of time if you can.

Fantastic Stay — Shockingly Good Views & Super Comfortable Rooms! I stayed at the Hyatt House Jersey City and honestly… I was not expecting to love it as much as I did. The rooms are clean, modern, and somehow manage to feel both spacious and cozy at the same time. The bed? Let’s just say I set an alarm and still overslept. Twice. The location is unbeatable — you literally step outside and the waterfront is right there, plus the PATH station is basically your next-door neighbor. Perfect for anyone bouncing between Jersey and Manhattan without wanting the Manhattan chaos. Breakfast in the morning was solid and surprisingly well-organized even during busy hours. And the lobby area? It feels like the kind of place where you tell yourself "I’ll sit for five minutes," and suddenly it’s 40 minutes later and you’re still relaxing. Staff was friendly, check-in was easy, and the whole building feels well-kept and safe. Yes, you might hear a little noise depending on your room placement, but if you ask, they’re super accommodating. All in all, a smooth, comfortable, really enjoyable stay. Would definitely return!

Attended a medical symposium in one of the conference rooms. The room was very nice with panoramic views of the New York skyline. Staff was helpful and answered inquiries quickly. Food was set up and taken down as contracted, & food was good, variety was good. There was plenty of space. Bathrooms were clean and there were lots of common waiting areas that were comfortable. Parking was a bit of a hassle as I had to park in a different building, and cost $27/day. I did not stay at the hotel & am not sure how to rate the rooms, but a colleague said they were comfortable. There was a really interesting monument right next to the hotel, remembering a Polish WWII incident. I’d be willing to stay there next time. Just book early for more best pricing.

The Hyatt House felt like a boutique hotel. The customer service was exceptional! Trudy made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The views of the skyline from the terrace and rooftop bar were stunning. The Path was a short walk from the hotel's entrance. Breakfast service had several options to choose from.

It was a nice hotel. VERY safe, and that was worth it to me. Must have a room card to get in late night, to get to your floor or any floor. They were helpful with our visit to NYC. The location is ideal, excellent NYC view from their rooftop terrace. Great (free) breakfast in the mornings. Room was very clean and comfortable. The showers were quite impressive. I will stay there again if the opportunity arises again!

Please replace all frosted sliding glass bathroom doors to more private doors! I would consider staying at this hotel again if they replaced the bathrooms doors that currently offer no privacy. The showers are very roomy, but the see through bathroom doors took away from fully enjoying it. The train is right next to the hotel and it kept waking up my 5 year old throughout the night, so we did not get good sleep. However the views from the terrace are amazing and it’s a very nice part of the hotel. We also enjoyed walking to the pier. Also, the supervisor Jalen is very nice and understanding.

We were 7 nights in the hotel. As we arived they told us that housekeeping is every second day which is totally fine BUT after the third day we still didnt recieve housekeeping once OR even got new towels. After this i went to the reception and told them that. They told me that we would get new towels emidiarly ( which we did ) and housekeeping would be every day from now on as an excuse. The day after that we recieved housekeeping but they removed our extra towel which we asked for cause it was pretty cold and they removed our soap and didnt replace it. And that was the only time we recieved housekeeping the whole trip. The breakfast was okay and the fiew from the dining terrace was stunning. The location of the hotel is nearly unbeatable. You have every option to travel as soon as you leave the hotel. Subway exchance place is right around the corner ( seven mins to world trade center every ten mins) or you can go by ferry 100 meters right around the corner.
