Friendship Inn Killeen / Fort Hood

Great customer service and they went above and beyond for my brother when he needed a place to stay. Very reasonable prices!! I would definitely recommend!

This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed at , they have a rule that you can’t be in the parking lot after 10:00, but we came on a Saturday and didn’t find out about this until 4 days later. We never filled out any paperwork or forms to stay, we just cash apped the money and then we moved in there was rules or hotel policies told to us. They have mice and roaches and the room closes to the street has a lot of issues, the bed is sitting on wooden blocks and they listening to your conversations and most of all, this is against the law but they go into your room with your permission. No rules or written policies are given to you, when you check in, there are a few rules on office window but they should make the guest aware of there rules

If ur lookin for something cheap and quiet this will work.. its a lil old but it does the job

Everything about this hotel was aweful, if you can do your very best to avoid this place. When we arrived no one was in the office and you have to call a number posted on the window. We got to our room and was horrified with it. The matress and sheets were stained yellow and brown. The smoke detector was just on the dresser. The lock to the door was detached and there was a weird smell in the room. This place is not worthy of anyones money, not to mention we definitely overpaid for this. We spent 1 hour in the room which was because we were looking for another hotel to stay at. Will be posting pictures of the room to prove we are not lying.

Its quiet, no bugs in the room we had (120). The room was small and reminded me of the 80s-90s, but we just needed the room to sleep until fort hood visitor center opened. Right next to the best tattoo shop in the area too! It was decently cheap and not a very loud area. I'll definitely come here again when I visit. Much more hospitality than the other places we tried. Thank you for the great experience without breaking the bank!

Excellent service by the Front Desk Staff, the lady that attended me was very polite and courteous even though it was 3:00am. Was advised that check out was at 11:00am but still asked if I needed a little more time to check out so that I could get a good night sleep. Upon entering the room, it was immaculate, first thing I did was check the restroom and it was spotless!! The toilet paper end was even crested into a triangular shape (sign of cleanliness and attention to detail) Bed was perfectly made and super clean. Room had a fridge and microwave oven. No one came by early in the morning to wake me up (Housekeeping!!!!) and I loved it. Still checked out at 11:00am. Definitely coming back. Great Job staff and ownership! Thank you.

So obviously if you wanted top-of-the-line, you know where to go for that.. i think this place is decent enough for the price. the front desk lady is very nice and poor lady has been very helpful throughout all of my random questions through text LOL
