Scottish Inns Killeen, TX

I will never come here again. I stopped at this hotel coming from El Paso literally slept allday by myself and I get a knock on my door saying it smelled like smoke. I don’t smoke so how it smell like smoke. So disrespectful and unprofessional. The bedding had stains on it so didn’t even use them. I went to Walmart to get blankets.

Our overall stay wasn't too bad.||||The good: The room was large, kept very clean, it was quiet and the price was good. ||||The bad: The staff was a bit on the rude side. They promise a hot breakfast but the hot choices consisted of only 2 things and the coffee was never really that hot plus they usually only had a few packets of coffee creamer that they never replenished. The bed was like sleeping on a brick and the shower spray actually hurt with no way to adjust it. ||||Would I stay again? No. Is this a completely horrible hotel? Not at all. There were a few drawbacks but overall it really wasn't that bad.

Please don’t stay here they don’t allow you to have guests after a certain time an the owner I’m going to assume was rude as well as his wife they kicked out my brother because he didn’t want room service an they walk into his room with out saying anything I would not recommend this place to a homeless person

Owners were friendly and willing to work a weekly rate that fit our budget. Rooms were clean and maids were adamant about keeping it clean. Fresh ice machine available to guests. Nice quite location with plenty of free parking. Average cable with decent flat screen TVs. Shower was always hot and seemed to never run out. Recommend for a short or extended stay.

The man was pretty friendly and the woman was VERY rude. The room was clean but the beds where super lumpy.. The lady didn't want to give me more towels after I paid 100 for the room. I would much rather deal with the guy again than the woman. She needs to learn customer service. We the people keep your business running 😘😉

The wife is rude and can’t seem to mind her business. The husband and housekeeper are great and have great customer service . He needs to teach his wife manners and to mind her business. I could see if something illegal was going on then cool but she has to know everybody’s doing comings and going . She went off on the doordasher for delivering food twice . Refused to let the housekeeper give me new sheets . Other than the wife it’s nice

Very clean and well maintained. The owner and staff were helpful and attentive. I recently stayed here again for the whirlpool tub. I was in a car accident and suffered a head injury and injuries to my back. The tub helps soothe my aches and pains away. The water gets very hot (like I like it). If I could afford it, I'd go every week. An excellent place to spend your time and not break the bank.
