WoodSpring Suites Killeen

In Killeen for over a month on business. The Woodspring was affordable and good value for the money. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is good. Close to many restaurants and shopping. There are fancier places but the Woodspring was everything I needed. The staff are excellent! They were all very welcoming and most helpful.

The customer service is the worst. Tina, the General Manager, is unfriendly, rolls her eyes, and tells the tenants they are liars. She refused to provide corporate information so I can provide feedback so tenants feel safe here. Caelynn is rude and disrespectful. I would never recommend this place.

I've been here for 3 days now. Rooms are perfect. Beds are made properly. The GM Tina is the best. I have never seen your Gm as compassionate as she is. Love it here extended my stay here.

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, ever since I entered the building, i felt bad for the money I paid. Small conjusted counter ( not even reception or front desk) to the hallways that smelled smoke and weed to the room which were dark and had nothing except for a bed. The mattress was so bad we could feel the inner coil on our back when we slept. Poor conditioned bed sheet and blanket, don’t think they even washed it, they were dirty white. So we were itchy whole night. They had their mattress in a metal bed and it was slipping all the time from the metal stand. They didn’t have any shampoo, conditioner in the bathroom, don’t even think about moisturizer. They just gave us one soap and one set of towel when we booked room for two people. I booked this hotel because I thought woodspring suites was good hotel from my past experience but staying here in this one was the worst experience i ever had, and I am a person who travels a lot so i have idea of both cheap motels and expensive hotels. And seriously for a decent amount of price i paid that day, it was worst that the cheap motels. At least those motels have good mattress. Above all, I wonder how this hotel got so good reviews. I believe they paid the people who posted review because the pictures posted and the room in person are vast difference [Review collected by TrustYou]

Well placed in a very accessible part of town. This quite little hotel with a home style feel, sets a standard. The staff is amazing the quaint little restorations have brought life to it's already homestyle feel.. the prices and atmosphere are a must have. Good job y'all from Louisiana

I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone regardless of the length of the stay. From great hospitality to superb cleaning and room standards to amenities. The place was great. The manager Mrs. Tina and the other young lady at the front desk were outstanding and extremely helpful.

I love this hotel Tina..Matthew..and Kaitlyn are the best!!! They make you feel welcome and like your family....I also like how the halls smell when dinner is being cooked by the different guests...the rooms and clean and big enough like a efficient apartment.... plus I like to listen to music and I do be loud at times and not one guess complain....oh and the guest are friendly too THANKS WOODSPRINGS T-M-K
