Stayable Lakeland

Avoid if you value basic customer service. We arrived at Stayable Suites around 1:30 PM and found the lobby completely locked and unattended. There were multiple people lined up at the door trying to figure out where the staff was. No sign, no instructions, nothing. We waited outside on the curb for about 30 minutes before a staff member finally showed up. Instead of greeting the group of guests who had been waiting, she said, "What do you want?" We explained that we had been texting someone about possibly checking in early, and she rudely responded "Check-in is at 4 PM," and essentially left us sitting outside again with no help or further explanation. Honestly, I’m glad it happened because we left and booked a much nicer hotel with actual customer service. If this is how guests are treated before even checking in, I can’t imagine what staying here would be like. Stayable? More like miserable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Hey all I just wanted to say this place is great ! I just recently signed a lease with them and the agent that took care of me was Erika.. she was absolutely fabulous. I'm new to the renting world so she dealt with every question I had and then some. The prices are great and the rooms are what you pay for. A roof over your head and a warm bed to sleep in ! Everyone should definitely check them out !

Positive: Staff was excellent Negative: no room service; facility was noisy & un-supervised. Facility pictures do NOT accurately show what the rooms really look like.

Had some technical difficulties while on the Expedia website. Date was mixed-up and my scheduled date was set 7 days later then needed. I paid for the extra day when i arrived. I informed the staff with 7 days notice about the error. Stayable Lakeland being informed with 7 days of advance notice still decided to keep the extra day I paid for simply because they could. Very poor ethic and integrity. Just because you can do something doesn't mean you should do it. Side note. The room was infested by cockroaches.

I was a tenant for close to 6 months. Living here really helped me reestablish myself, and save in the process because of the low monthly price. Convenient Landry on site, and needs were always addressed. Pest control every month was very helpful and you have a gas station next door which is convenient. Near a lot of major stores and I overall enjoyed my stay.

I had a truly delightful stay. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. My experience was nothing short of fantastic, with customer service that truly stood out as top tier. Bea, in particular, was exceptional—her attentiveness and warm demeanor made my visit even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a memorable getaway that exceeded my expectations.

I read the reviews after signing the lease not knowing what I was getting into. Was kinda of concerned. But actually this place is great. It's a functional community of people with the extended stay of course you got your few that mingle and they do them and that's part of life. I feel safe here. I have a standard room and I'm highly satisfied with the room. The laughter of the kids and playing on the weekend it's great. If you got a problem with the very few possible cleaning issues you have the option to clean it yourself if your on a lease which you should do anyways. Be grateful I know I am. I'm highly satisfied, with not only the staff but the cleanliness of the property, the pool is lovely it's just so far been an all around peaceful experience and am grateful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable option. It's in a convenient location. I'm optimistic and look forward to the rest of my stay here ..
