Tidy Inn - Extended stay - Weekly - Clean, friendly and affordable

Location is great but I left 2 different rooms because both had roaches. The owner def tried to make things right but I just can’t deal with that. I was given a refund of my total amount but the payment is pending and may take 3 days, I need another room today so this is very inconvenient. Would not recommend staying here if you’re not used to bugs😩 I took 2 videos but for some reason I cannot upload them here.

At $400 a week there should be NO roaches, NO dirty bed linens, there should be batteries in the tv remote, and there shouldn't be a filthy, foul smelling bathroom with a ton of baby roaches! Then there were some crazy arguments between neighbors because one of them (a grown man) was saying inappropriate things to a 14 year old girl.The police had to be called. My loved one was desperate for a place to stay and I was going to stay with them last week but I couldn't even relax in that hole in the wall called Tidy Inn (what a joke). This place is horrible in every way and you can find much better, cleaner places for what they charge! If roaches, nasty smells and filth are your thing, this is your place! Reply to owner- As I stated, my loved one stayed there. I stayed for one night and was very uncomfortable and couldn't rest. It was unit 11, next to the Trump flag on the fence. I can assure you I'm telling the truth.

Very big and cozy rooms, some rooms have a kitchenette and are very clean. The people here that run it are wonderful. Hubby and I have been here for about four months and it's been very welcoming. And they make it feel like home the best they can

They left construction materials outside my door that eventually made it pop off the hinge, THEN they blamed my prized pet getting away on me using phony accounts from their "handy" men. Don't bring your pets, the grounds are dangerous and unguarded.Now they're trying to lie and say I was arguing with my girlfriend and slamming doors?? I can prove that's a lie, I can't wait to see you in court. Also here's a copy of your rules that you violated keeping that garbage outside the door for 6 months (says your employee). I can't wait to nail you in court for this.

super cute rooms, very clean and kind staff, will accommodate to fit your needs overall 10/10 stay and would recommend to anyone coming to town!

The single bed rooms are not quite as small or compact (so to speak) as others I previously have stayed in. The service is good and the owner will make an effort to work with you on rent price if at all possible. The only bad things I can say about the establishment are: the rooms have very spotty antenna cable that occasionally, in the middle of the night, changes to Spanish and has very little channels to choose from. Also hot water would be a great addition for the establishment.

Tidy Inn is a great place to stay. I just relocated to Florida and needed a safe place while looking for an apartment since I work in Florida. The rooms are clean, the owner keeps the place updated all the time. The owner is very down to earth and trying to help others. He is always making upgrades to the rooms. The price is reasonable, friendly property manager. There is no traffic none really at all. Quite, cozy, and allows you time to get back on track with no drama. I’ve been very happy with Tidy Inn
