Heritage Hotel - Lancaster

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The in house restaurant has good quality Food and a great breakfast buffet at a reasonable price for guests. This is our fourth year returning with our team and we’ll keep returning.

This hotel feels like home hotels. Nothing fancy but clean and safe. A little small rooms. That hotel has everything you need for comfortable stay for few nights. Great staff and service

The atmosphere in the room was very dark. No lighting at all. We stayed 4 nights. We were on a Bus trip. Diamond Tours, do not use this hotel. After day 2 we left card out to clean room. Not done. The 3rd day, yes. only brought new towels. sink and tub not cleaned. TV very hard to set, in my family's rooms, they did not work. The phone did not work for the last 3 days. could not check with my family in the other rooms. Asked for wake up call, for the 4 days. The last 2 days, I finally had someone knock on the door at 6am. The restaurant where we had the continental breakfast, was fine. Great staff at the restaurant. Food was cold every morning. The hot cereal was the only thing hot. We will not recommend this hotel at all.

This place is unbelievable...it had a horrible smell like a combination of cigarettes and mustiness. The room was dingy and dark. The noise level from the hallway was unbearable. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. It may have been nice in its day, but it's day was maybe 50 years ago. We left after about 2 hours there...we simply couldn't take it anymore.

I booked a room for two nights for a sports tournament this weekend. The cost per night was over $250! When I arrived at the location, I was a bit confused how to locate the lobby-poor lighting in the parking lot makes it difficult to see the entrance. Check in was pleasant and most definitely the only highlight of my stay. I was given a room on the first (ground) floor. The hallways were not only dated, but was dirty and STUNK! Once I made it to my room, the smell lingered there as well. I dont know how to explain the smell, but it was unbearable. The beds were uncomfortable, and almost on the floor. We opted to leave the next morning. I couldn't stand it there another night. Awful experience.

This hotel has a nice restaurant with quick service & good food. There is a pool but it is outdoor only. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. There are microwaves and fridges in rooms. Hotel is nice but average.
