The Hollinger House Bed & Breakfast

I had a great stay here! It's a really cool house, the room was spacious and clean, the bed was super comfy. Check-in and check-out was easy. The breakfast was great. The staff is super friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

As retuning guests multiple visits through multiple owners, this was still a top notch stay for us. My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and wanted to return to the Hollinger House. Kenneth was welcoming and so friendly. We stayed in the Raphael suite as we always do and it did not disappoint. While staying here, we connected with another couple staying the weekend and shared a lovely happy hour with them in the main living room. Kenneth was helpful in providing us with extras like a cheese board tray and we had availability of wine glasses, plates and utensils at our disposal. Breakfast was delicious and filling. Self check in was a breeze and as in the past we will return again one day.

This is probably as good as it gets in Lancaster. The room was atmospheric, but only just the right side of shabby. Bathroom was small and cramped. Host was friendly and accomodating. Probably a nice place to stay with a group of friends in the fall or winter. It feels like it is isolated, but is actually close to a busy, and loud, road. My companion thought it was spooky.

I stayed here for 4 nights with my friend and this was our first time at a B and B. The styling, ambiance, and care for the property was excellent! Kenneth made us feel right at home and took such good care of everyone staying there. Breakfasts were great with a variety of made to order egg dishes every morning, a nice spread of pastries, yogurt, cereal, as well as tons of coffee and tea available 24/7. Hollinger House had numerous sitting rooms for games, socializing, and relaxing, all of which we enjoyed. The house is located central to lots of Lancaster experiences, including downtown and Amish country. The environment of the house was great and it allowed us to meet and socialize with other guests in a natural, easy going, cozy way. We had an awesome experience and Kenneth was so fantastic - I highly recommend staying here!!

We hosted a brunch at the Hollinger House and we had an amazing time! Kenneth was so great to work with - we had a number of changes and accommodations and he was extremely helpful. Kenneth was also very communicative, and we enjoyed collaborating with him to build the menu. He did a fantastic job at keeping us updated on everything! All of the staff truly went above and beyond. It was great sitting on the porch with everyone, and exploring the inside and its historic charm. It was extremely hot outside, which was difficult, but ultimately Hollinger House did their best to accommodate given the situation. The food was delicious, and everyone enjoyed it! Some guests even wanted to look into staying at the Hollinger House in the future. Overall, we are so thankful to the staff at Hollinger House for making our event successful!

We had a wonderful time even if we stayed just one night. The house is very beautiful, the breakfast was lovely and our host was very helpful and welcoming.

Smelled musty. Immediate allergies. Check-in and left 20 min later due to the musty smell. Ac in room worked well but the common area was warm and humid. Explained to the staff that we could not stay because of allergies.No refund which was notified when we booked. Reached out to them still no. My wife would have been really sick if we stayed. Our 20th anniversary. Disappointing to say the least. We travelled 4hrs to have to rebook and spend more money. Would not recommend if you have any allergies at all. Place has great reviews but could not stay.Totally disappointed.
