Hotel Encanto de Las Cruces

This is a beautiful property that is well maintained. It has a beautiful pool and hot tub, although it was closed due to maintenance during our stay which was a bummer, it still is a really nice area that captures the true history of the area and the people. The lobby and registration area is also immaculate. You feel like you have stepped back in time to the old days of stage coaches and horseback. Elegant and classy are two words to describe. They have a Cantina and a gift shop that are both priced as one would expect. The rooms are older in decor but well appointed with artwork celebrating the Mexican culture. The showers were a bit cold and hard to rinse off the soap but hot water does phase in and out enough to get the job done. Overall this is 4 star place. They did say we could use the hot tub during the maintenance but sitting in the pool while the leaf blower blowing dust from the concrete grinder didnt seem appealing not did my lady feel comfortable sitting in front of 5 workers. They should move maintenance time to a more appropriate time like between check out and check in so guests can enjoy the property before they leave. Would have been nice to soak before we hit the road. The logic was ironic to say the least.

We attended a birthday party in one of the ballrooms for about 40 people. The space was very nice and the bartenders and the servers were very polite. Food was delicious and the drinks were good. We had nothing but a good time and would definitely recommend to someone needing a space for an event!

A True Southwest Gem "If you’re looking for a place that actually feels like New Mexico, this is it. The architecture and décor are stunning, and the view of the Organ Mountains from the property is unbeatable. The rooms were spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff made us feel like family. Don’t miss a sunset drink at Azul—the atmosphere is top-tier. I’ll definitely be back!"

I contacted the hotel to get pricing on a Quinceanera for my daughter. It took several days to be able to talk to somebody and several more days to receive an email with the proposal. Hotel Encanto was willing to waive the venue fee as long as we spent a minimum of $9000 on food and beverage. I could not believe it. Even if our 120 guests stuffed their face from arrival to leaving and drank until they were passed out on the floor would we even come close to spending $9,000 on food and drinks. So anyone searching for a venue, beware of this kind of stupidity at Hotel Encanto de Las Cruces....

Feb 14 - Feb 15 Room 464, Our room seemed clean as we arrived. Party was happing a few doors down and called the front desk to notify and they never shut it down as it went on until 2 am. Loud traffic on Telshor as seems there was a drag strip racing. As we got up in the morning we had sugar ants on the bed, desk and window seal. Coffee mugs were dirty as they haven't been wash and had lipstick and coffee stains. Bed was comfortable. $25.00 resort fee for 2 bottle waters and kpods.

Awesome experience attended training conference. Probably one of the best Hotels I've had the opportunity to visit. A shout out to Alex this young lady was outstanding in every aspect.
