Absolutely amazing! Our family had a great time at this beautiful hotel. Perfectly located at the south end of the Strip, it was easy for us to walk and we appreciated that it was a bit quieter in the area. The hotel is gorgeous and a lovely respite from the activity of Vegas. Our room was large and beautifully appointed with so many thoughtful touches including a great coffee maker, white noise machine (snorers silenced!), wireless charging, and comfy robes and slippers. The staff was very kind and friendly, and the bar was a great place to grab a drink and hang out. Decor is stylish and classy, and everything was well appointed and in great shape. Without hesitation we'd stay here again

I had a wonderful stay here this past weekend. I booked through my travel advisor who had the Four Seasons amenities included in the booking. The amenities included breakfast, a $100 credit, an upgrade at check in, etc. I was able to check in early and was upgraded from my strip view room to a one bedroom suite overlooking the strip. It was a beautiful room, comfortable bed, great bathrooms. I loved my view overlooking the airport and the strip - it was perfect. Service at the hotel was friendly and solicitous. I spent two afternoons at the pool and service there was prompt. Recommend the sin city burger for lunch. I also had breakfast on the Press patio one morning and again the food was delicious and service great. I was happy with the hotel's location - I loved how it's just a bit removed from the general hubbub of the strip but close enough to either do a good walk or easy cab/ uber. I loved coming back both nights to what was definitely an oasis of tranquility after the busyness of the rest of the city. I'd definitely return.

We've had great experiences at other four seasons hotels, but this experience was truly a brilliant display of top-notch customer service. I, honestly, do not usually write reviews, but we had an issue when we first checked-in that the team resolved quickly and quietly. Our room was not ready at 4pm even though they have guaranteed check-in through our AMEX booking. They first gave us a restaurant credit as compensation, but unfortunately the time extended to a much longer delay than expected. When we went up to them, we expected the same "We are so sorry, we can't do anything else." But instead, they provided us with a very generous upgrade and truly took care of us throughout our entire stay, even checking in the following evening to make sure we are comfortable and enjoying the experience. They went above and FAR beyond anything we could've expected in the best way possible. On top of this, the general experiences and offerings they have are easy to book through their concierge and guest services streamlined crafting our itineraries. The gambling free and smoke free factor made the hotel feel like a calm escape from the chaos and noise that typically comes with Vegas. I truly cannot emphasis how considerate and professional the staff at this location is, our experience has been lovely, and we will continue to book through them in the future.

You couldn’t pay me to stay in this hotel again. I love a cleaning person just walking into my room to offer water without knocking. I also really enjoy hearing everything ever down to a sneeze in the hallway. Also standing in a few inches of water in the shower just is beautiful. Probably the second worst hotel I’ve been in.

A slight upgrade from the standard strip casino/hotel, such as Mandalay Bay (the Four Seasons is essentially part of Mandalay Bay - just has its own floors and elevators). But it is not the refuge I was expecting. Still LOADS of people and waiting in line. Waited to check in. Long walk to elevators, more waiting. Had to go on waitlist for breakfast for about 30-45 minutes (at least I was able to call down and get put on the waitlist from my room). Long line at the coffee place. Long line to check out. So, in general, just okay for a pretty premium price. I stayed as part of the Chase "The Edit" program which is supposed to give extra perks. This was my first time with The Edit but I've stayed at other locations using AMEX's Fine Hotels and Resorts, and that is always outstanding. Under The Edit, the Four Seasons is supposed to provide daily breakfast for two. Here, they provide a total of $60 at the coffee place or restaurant. That is $60 total, not per person. This is nowhere near enough for two people to get a breakfast entree and a coffee (remember this is a supposedly luxury hotel so the prices are somewhat elevated), especially if you factor in a tip and taxes. I don't know if this is a failure on Chase's part in negotiating the deal or if the Four Seasons is just skimpy. I'm not sure where a luxury oasis exists in Las Vegas, but this is not really it. I'd stay here again only if I were not paying a premium price.

Got a room here for a weekend trip. Made a sandwich, Iykyk. Got top floor with view of the strip, awesome . Room itself is very nice, good experience all around. Concierge, reception, bar, guest services, room cleaning and room service were all helpful, professional and polite. Very happy with the whole stay. Note that this hotel is close to Mandalay bay, share some stuff but separate for the most parts. Location is a bit further away from the strip than most of the popular typical hotels and it only has 5 floors in the top of the building for rooms which imho is a good thing as it is noticeably alot less crowded than the other hotels on the strip. Checking in was so fast compare to the other places. So if you don't mind a slightly further away but still on the edge of the strip and want a less crowded experience, this is one of the best place. I look forward to coming back again later.

Our stay was absolutely stunning. The Sunrise View Panoramic Suite on the 39th floor with 1,500 sqft was beautiful, high-quality, and the bed was—as always at the Four Seasons—exceptional. We slept incredibly well. The gym also deserves a mention; it has a great vibe, is very well-equipped, and the energy balls were delicious.||However, the absolute highlight was the service. It was absolutely exceptional. I specifically want to highlight Leah, who was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, she won us over with her warm, heartfelt personality and provided us with an amazing treatment that really made us feel special. It is rare to find that level of genuine hospitality.||That said, there are a few areas where the experience could be modernized:|1. Bathrooms: The toilets are not state-of-the-art. In this category, we really missed having Japanese-style washlets, which are in many other high-end properties.|2. Dining: While the food was good, the coffee and beverage options at the breakfast buffet were not up to par. The In-Room Dining was also good, but we have experienced better quality at other Four Seasons locations.|3. House Car: We found it a bit unfortunate that the house car service does not drop off at the airport. Since the airport is so close and seems to be within the 3-mile radius, that would have been a very pleasant and convenient extra perk for guests.||A suggestion for the future: It would be great to see the hotel cater more to a younger, longevity-oriented demographic by offering more protein options (whey shakes, bars, creatine, etc.). This is a clear trend as people strive to live longer, healthier lives, and it will surely become a standard in luxury hotels soon.||Would we recommend staying here? Absolutely, 5 stars.
