I talked about my complaint at front desk. Angel helped me, she was nice but I got no response from her manager. I emailed twice but still no response and respects. Bad experiences, and here’s what I had experienced. 1. My room door doesn’t lock. It’s open when I just arrived. I was too tired to go downstairs. The front desk later explained if customer feel unsafe, customer can ask for room change. From my point, I should be informed ahead if I am okay with a door that doesn’t lock well. 2. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work. I understand signal nearby the airport may get intervened. But it was extraordinarily bad. I had a really important meeting on Tuesday night. I came to the front desk and asked for help. I couldn’t believe the ladies said that was the only Wi-Fi you could get without even looking in my eyes. I felt disrespected so so much. No sorries nor empathy. I ended up having my zoom meeting in front of the casino machines on the first floor. My clients even joked me that even motel 6 has better Wi-Fi. I felt angry to be treated like that not properly helped by the front desk. 3. The room had no cleaning. I understand some hotels does not offer room cleaning service except for making a request. I stayed for 5 nights, not a short stay. I should at least be informed when I checked in! No trashes was taken out, no towels were changed. No water was replaced. I felt being treated coldly and un-welcomed and disrespected. This 5 days at OYO was a disappointing long stay. I wish the OUO manager could respond to me and at least give me some explanation instead of ignoring what happened.

We had a genuinely good stay here and want to call out the front desk staff, especially Anthony, who really made the experience stand out. From the start, he was open, transparent, and consistently helpful. Every time we interacted with him, he took the time to answer our questions, explain things clearly, and offer suggestions about the area since it was our first time staying here. That kind of service makes a real difference, and he absolutely delivered. The room was clean and comfortable, and for the price, it exceeded our expectations. Nothing fancy, but solid and well-maintained, which is honestly what matters most. If you play Blackjack, this place is a bit of a hidden gem. They have $5 tables with proper 3-to-2 payouts, which is getting harder and harder to find on the Strip. It’s a great spot to actually play rather than deal with bad rules everywhere else. Location-wise, it’s very convenient—close to MGM and within easy walking distance of a lot of good spots on the Strip, without the chaos and price tag of staying right in the middle of it. Overall, this was a great value stay with excellent service. Anthony at the front desk really helped make our trip special, and we’d happily stay here again.

I used self parking and it wasn't too bad, they also have valet and I dont think it cost an arm and a leg like the rest of vegas now. The registration was right there when you walk through the front door, you dont have lug your luggage all over the place just to find registration so that was a big plus for me. Its a smaller casino with local vibes, a little on the older side but very clean and nice. The receptionist in registration was AWESOME we loved her. She was very friendly and funny there were also two other guys working there they were pretty cool too. We called them the three As although I cant recall there full names now. They gave us hotel vouchers for food and drinks. The drinks are free of course, if your playing but there not the same as if you order from bar and pay for them. The rooms were not anything fancy, they were average but thats what we were looking for. Oh and the breakfast was decent but nothing to really talk about. In the elevator it has an advertisement for hooters but there's no hooters in there so that was a little disappointing. All and all we had a great time and I would recommend it to my friends.

Our room looks old, but clean. The halways and elevators did need some vacuuming though. Close to the airport, so expect some noice once in a while including at night. Air-conditioning/heater is a bit noisy, but tolerable. We were just happy to have a nice warm room without spending $200 more if we booked at fancy hotels. Parking is $20 a day, so be prepared for that. Over all, we did have a good stay. Nice and clean king size bed and roomy at the 19th floor. Beautiful view. We requested for a room with a microwave because I needed to have something warm in the morning while waiting for the restaurants to open. I usually bring my own tea bags and a coffee mug when comming to Las Vegas since most restaurants open at 10 am. I also noticed a lot of guests have their pets with them so I wish I brought my cat with me. Pets are allowed in this hotel, I didn't know that when I booked.

We stayed here because the price was good and the location was close to the Vegas strip. However the hotel needs a complete renovation. The room was outdated. The washroom wasn't the cleanest. The bedhead was broken. This was the first hotel I've been to without a fan in the washroom. The hotel smelled very bad. The hardwood floor in the hotel needs renovation. They were promoting Hooters all over the place but the restaurant was closed.

I booked a room for 6 nights , on the second night the elevator broke. It was long wait times just to get to the 3rd floor. The level of traffic of people needing the elevator outweighed the long time it took to be fixed. Next the ice machine on the 3rd level broke. If you simply want ice I had to go to the next section which wasn’t ocean view. So it was a walk because the machine to service ocean views side never got fixed. During checkout it was still broken. No sign or anything just the top hanging down exposing the grungy dirt under the machine. ||Also housekeeping wait times are hours. I ordered towels around 7:45pm 1/6 and never received them. Called back and they never came . The wait time seems like 24 hours which is inexcusable when the hotel stay was $417 and the resort fee $309 literal almost the exact price of the stay. The room and service would expected to be up to par. The bathroom definitely the tub was dingy looking and needs a revamp. The shower curtain as well as water not staying hot , Ijust feel like it was good I checked it out but with the high resort fee and parking being a Nevada local I’ll do my next staycation elsewhere where I will feel like I got my moneys worth

One of the worst hotels I have stayed at. I understand that you cannot expect too much from a cheap place, but this one tool the top price in unbelievably bad in every way!||The first indication I was in trouble, was when the Lyft driver reluctantly unlocked my door to let me out when I arrived. He also knew that I was going to be lucky to survive in one piece. ||I entered the hotel and was told I would need to pay $40 to check on early. When I asked if I could drop my bags instead, they said they did not offer that service.||The room was a basic as possible. I think some prison cells might be more comfortable. The noise from the construction of the new baseball park next door, the helicopters flying yo the airport down Tropicana Blvd and the planes taking off at Las Vegas airport meant there was no piece and quiet!||Hooters was closed down. When I could not access the gym, security told me they were "on a job" with the police. I was not able to access my room and the front desk told me I had not paid they. resort fee, so they locked me out. It was the same guy who had checked me in the day before, and I reminded him he had not asked for payment of the resort fee. He told me I had to be escorted to my room to pick up my card with Security. The staff were miserable, the Steak & Shake was horrible and I did not feel safe. The only positive was that Denny’s was one block away, if you could avoid being mugged. Not a safe neighborhood. I was so happy to leave, and to survive such a terrible experience.
