This hotel was great. Is all the way on the far north side of the strip but the monorail makes the strip accessible. The room was comfortable. It had an interesting design to it. I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast we had at the restaurant within the hotel was really good just wish I had room for those pancakes I saw some people order

Our stay here was pleasant. We were Alexandria Tower. The suite had a separate living room area with sofa , dining table, fridge, coffee machine, a separate half bath. The other room had a king bed, tv , sofa, alarm clock, desk with chairs, a huge bathroom with 2 sinks, walk in shower, another bathroom with door, Storage area, ironing board, iron, hair dryer , bath robes, single use shampoo , conditioner, shower gel, bar soaps, shower cap, shaving kit, mending kit, etc. The rooms were comfortable and very spacious but I didn't like the tapestry on the walls. We were out most of the day but did spend sometime in the casinos. There are many restaurants, shops and cafes within and monorail station. Parking is free. The place is at the end of the strip but wasnt a problem for us. The staff was friendly. The prices were reasonable. The spa is located on 2nd floor

Positive: I will never stay nor suggest this hotel again. I was supposed to have a Blanca suite with a sofabed but I did not have a sofabed and the couch was filthy and old. Also, the sliding doors were wonky, there was only 1 TV in the room. Negative: My room wasnt what I expected at all. I wont stay here again nor suggest it to anyone.

For the ones looking for not crazy rush surroundings this is definitely a great place. The rooms are well kept and beds very comfy. Me, 21st fl corner suite Alexandria Tower. Separate entrance and elevators. Quaint to say the least. Loved my stay and room service.

Great rooms and great service. Comfy bed. Clean. Fresh towels daily. Free self parking is close to the rooms. If you are working in town, this is one of the easiest strip hotels to access so it makes for short commutes each day, but the rooms and service are 100x better than some standard chain hotel.

I had a Jr. Suite which was beautiful and had mountain views! It was nice being at the end of the strip because it wasn't noisy or insanely busy. The only complaint i have is the service. We were supposed to have robes and slippers in our room but they weren't there. We were there for 5 days and asked for them each day and were told they were on the way but they never came. Finally on the last night we went to the front desk and someone said they'd tell their manager. The manager sent the robes up with an employee but forgot the slippers. The manager did give us a $50 voucher for breakfast which was nice. They also sent a text about extending our stay by a night, we accepted. Were told a price via text then when we went to pay the next day they said it was double the price. My husband spent 30 mins arguing with the lady at the front desk who got approval from 3 managers over the phone to honor it and still was questioning it. It was finally fixed.

So I gave it five stars because the overall experience has been good. Free parking is a super bonus. It's across the street from a Walgreens and 4 miles away from the nearest Walmart. Golden steer steakhouse is right down the block, Fremont Street is really close and the monorail is in house. The Starbucks is pretty good unless you ask for something specific, my coffee came with a lot of grounds. The casino is updated with modern machines. I had the cleaning lady do her thing twice and the second time she did not leave me any shampoo or body wash, water pressure is good. The toilet is in a closed area but the bathroom is open there's no door. So when you step out of the shower it's pretty cold. The beds are very comfortable and not too soft, not too firm and same with the pillows. The climate control system is good, but I constantly had to adjust it as I couldn't find the perfect setting. Definitely would stay again.
