Fairfield Inn Salt Lake City Layton

This place was a joke. They first front desk rep I used was awesome but he said I should call every day to make sure they didn't mess things up with my reservation. That should have been my first red flag. We called every day until we got there, including 45 minutes before and they said good to go. Got here and the room was dirty. So we used one room while they had to clean it. Not the maides, the new front desk person who was working. We got back to room and the Internet wasn't working and one of the TVs was down also. Ask for help at the front desk and she had nothing but attitude. Went down to ask for a refund and got attitude. Then as I walked off heard the guy behind me ask for a new room because somebody was already in there. Stay away from this place. Three hours of amazing treatment (sarcasm). The new front desk was cool to help out but that's about all

We stayed here for less than 12 hour as part of the road trip. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The breakfast room was big and had a lot of options.|It is right off the highway and had a walmart nearby for grocery shopping. Parking was limited due to construction

This is a great hotel for families. The rooms were nice, clean, and modern with very comfortable beds. The staff were exceptionally nice, especially the lady in charge of the breakfast. The pool was great for kids, and there were great little special touches, such as providing whip cream in the small refrigerator just below the hot chocolate bar and encouraging to the kids to put as much on as they wanted! On top of all of this, the value of the room to the cost was much better than average. We would definitely recommend!

Room was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions I needed. Their pool and hot tub are indoors and we're very such a pleasure after a long day of driving. I was able to being my dogs and they were very accommodating compared to other places that are challenging.

I had a wonderful experience thanks to the front desk (Abby). She was extremely helpful, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. Her positive energy and pleasant aura truly stood out and made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. It’s rare to meet someone who brings such good vibes while also being efficient and attentive. Thank you for the excellent service—I really appreciated it!

We had a great experience at this hotel while passing through on our way to Washington. This hotel was a welcome sight after being on the road for two days with three cats and a dog! Conveniently located right off the freeway with clean and spacious pet friendly rooms! What made this hotel stand out for me, was the kindness and professional manner of the staff. My dog, scared and tired after two days into our cross country journey, had an accident in our room. The staff was accommodating and very understanding which made this difficult situation so much easier to deal with. Also, in my haste to get back on the road, I left a very costly medication behind in my room. Before I even realized it was missing, the staff called to notify me it had been found. While I worked out logistics to get this medication shipped to me in my new location, the front desk staff was incredibly helpful and extremely kind every time I called. I can’t express the relief this brought me. I would stay at this hotel again and again solely because of the excellent customer service we received. Thank you Fairfield staff! We will be back!

This was an very comfortable hotel while we were visiting the Salt Lake City area this past week!!! Customer Service: 5 Location: 5 Parking: Yes Cleanliness: 5 Reservations: 5 Comfort: 5 Breakfast: 5 This hotel is situated just 5 minutes south of the Hill AFB south gate, and 30 minutes north of Salt Lake City international Airport. We decided that we would spend one night at this hotel, because we had an early morning flight scheduled. The hotel reservation process was quick and easy. The staff employee that we spoke with was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Upon arrival of this hotel there was plenty of parking for their guests. Once we finally got checked in and in our room, we noticed that the staff was maintaining the facility at a very high standard of cleanliness. Lastly, the spouse and I truly enjoyed our visit with a very comfortable night of rest at a very affordable rate.
