Martha’s Bed and Breakfast

This place is absolutely beautiful. Breakfast could be upgraded a bit. Maybe something warm to offer like a quiche or something like that. I was a tad disappointed in the Christmas decorations as I think this was a missed opportunity to really go all out in such a beautiful home. Everyone was so friendly though. Bed was extremely comfortable. I stayed in the Martha master and it was perfect. I had a relaxing soak in the tub and the home was very clean. Even with the temporary construction going on outside it wasn't a bother. I will definitely be recommending this place to any of my friends/family that need a nice quiet place to stay in Lincoln. Beautifully restored home.

What a beautiful bed and breakfast. This is a beautiful Craftsman style home which has beautiful details. Our room was lovely and breakfast was delicious. We only stayed one night so we didn't get to use the porch but it looked like a great place to gather. Todd, the owner was very informative and helpful. We can't recommend it highly enough!

My husband and I recently stayed at Martha’s Bed and Breakfast and had a truly wonderful experience. We stayed in the Martha Master, which was spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The entire house is absolutely stunning, full of charm, character, and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home.||Todd, the host, was so warm, friendly, and accommodating. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests and goes out of his way to make the stay special. The young woman who served us breakfast was an absolute delight, cheerful, attentive, and made our mornings even more enjoyable.||From start to finish, everything about our stay was relaxing, memorable, and filled with hospitality. We can’t wait to come back and would recommend Martha’s Bed and Breakfast to anyone looking for a cozy getaway in Lincoln.

The owner/manager was most helpful with suggestions, information regarding our stay . . . especially when a second daughter decided to join her sister and me at the last minute. He obviously has a passion for creating beauty, and for sharing that beauty with others. The home (and that's what it still feels like) has retained it's early 20th century look. Beautiful wood and furnishings throughout, and lovely antiques. Very comfortable beds. And affordable. We will return.

Martha’s is a charming and unique B&B with so much character. The house itself is beautiful, the antique furnishings add a lot of charm, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was presented nicely, though it was lighter than expected (just fruit and an English muffin). The antique bed was lovely but creaked loudly with every movement. We also had some concerns when a small bottle of whisky mysteriously appeared in our bathroom while we were out, which was unsettling. The room was quite hot during the first night of our stay, and although I requested a fan, I didn’t receive a response. However the a/c was eventually turned up and it was very comfortable. Lastly, check-in is very strict—so be sure to arrive exactly at your chosen time. Overall, it’s a memorable place with a ton of beautiful charm, but a few details could be improved.

I wish there were more stars to give Martha's Bed & Breakfast and Todd as the amazing owner! Todd saved me -- I had booked at another place, and when I arrived, the accommodations were severely lacking in all ways. I called Todd and he went out of his way to welcome me to Martha's, and set me up in one of the most gorgeous rooms I have ever stayed in. Everything was perfection, including the proximity to restaurants and amenities. I loved the breakfast in the morning as well -- the coffee was excellent! Todd goes out of his way to make your stay extraordinary. I cannot wait to travel through again just to get a chance to stay at Martha's.
