Magnuson Hotel Little Rock South

Positive: Size of room Negative: The power was out for the first few hrs we were there. We looked over that. But the man pissing on the side walk exposing himself and the junky shooting up in the stair well are what I didn?t like. We informed the staff and they chose not to do anything

This was by far the worst hotel stay we've ever had!!! Went to breakfast at 8:30 there was literally nothing and the front desk attendant said " should of came earlier" I'm sorry but I just had a baby and am extremely exhausted! Nothing delivers here so our only option was door dash and they didn't even want to come here. The little guy in the front wouldn't even give us a roll of toilet paper when the half roll we had ran out on our 3 night stay! The AC filter was Covered in mold and I ended up sick with a respiratory virus. Had 3 different people knock on our door looking for drugs. Would suggest you save your money and find a different hotel!

I currently live here at magnuson i stay in a remodeled room. Feels like home and theh keep it nice and clean and I receive housekeeping normally every week. Muhammad has turned this place around. The room has a big tv and big bed and hot shower to look forward to when I get home from work. Property gets picked up and cleaned everyday not one piece of trash in sight. Housekeeping thank you for all you do for me as a resident here. Thank you to the receptionist for giving me a good deal. 5/5 amazing property and amazing owner. Thank you corporate for training Muhammad to be an amazing owner and a good business man.

It was horrible. The room was stinky. There were burn marks on the bed. The towels had black curly hairs embedded in them. Just sheets, no actual blanket. Some stuff that looked like blood dripping on the walls. They claim they have a continental breakfast, the lobby looks horrible and there is no food, just gross looking coffee. Im going to try to upload all the photos I have, if I can.

We walked into our room and walked right back out not even 5 minutes later, knowing we might be out of $51. There were roaches on the curtains, the mdf floor boards had severe water damage, there were tissue stuffed into the peep holes on the door, the fitted sheets on the bed were ripped, and even though we asked for a non-smoking room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. I'm very thankful that the manager (owner maybe? Idk who he was) gave us a refund, even though there were posted signs saying nonrefundable. It makes me not want to post a bad review, but people need to know what they're paying for, beyond the AI generated photos that are posted on the hotel's website. One good thing about the room, was that the toilet had handicap seat bars and the walk in shower (no tub) had a handicap chair in it. We don't need either of those but I can see where someone w/ a disability would.

The AC/heating unit didn't work and neither did the the light at the entrance to the room. There was trash piled in the hall.nwar the stairs. The smell of the smoke was very extreme and a person loitering I. The hall. My family & I did not feel safe. The guy at front desk did offer to have maintenance try and fix the unit and ultimately agreed to let me cancel the reservation since there were no other non-smoking rooms. This is not the place to stay for families to stay.

I want to say thank you to the front desk receptionist for getting me into a remodeled room during my visit. I noticed hector guy from Google harassing the staff here at magnuson and I believe he needs to be fired. Honestly I see no issues here with the hotel and it's outstanding place to be and live here. Nobody needs to come for the staff here because they do one hell of a job cleaning and making the rooms smell good and presentable upon arrival. I want to thank the owner or general manager for my stay here. Thank the staff at magnuson again for everything they have helped me with. Along the way I I discovered food in the nearby gas stations and restaurants and if it weren't for the front desk receptionist I would have never known.
