La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Loveland/Estes Park

As a craft beer fan I was very excited to be a short walk across the parking lot to Berthoud Brewing. Breaksfast at the hotel was passable, but could easily be improved with very little effort -- particularly by providing a little ambience. I've never seen a hotel breakfast setup with a dozen rounds set for four people each with table clothes. It was setup like a Kiwanis Club was coming to breakfast LOL.

Upon first glance, the room appeared clean and decent, which gave me hope for a pleasant stay. However, things quickly went downhill. I noticed that the bed sheets were stained — something that should never be overlooked by housekeeping. The in-room phone didn’t work, making it difficult to reach the front desk without having to go in person.||The bed itself was extremely uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. To make matters worse, there was constant stomping noise coming from the room above. I reported the issue, but it continued well into the night with no improvement or follow-up from staff.||Overall, a disappointing experience. What looked fine at first turned out to be far from it. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

I agree with the general consensus of this hotel: they offer clean rooms and have friendly staff. I was pleasantly surprised by the comfiness of their beds which were on the plush side. I did see any recycling bins among the premises so I carried my empty cans offsite. The art in the rooms were lovely. The entire room had lights on the whiter end of the Kelvin spectrum which was rough ( but that only matters to weirdos like myself who are sensitive to light). The mountain facing suite was magical during the sunrise! I would come back!

Our first date night. The room we had was great. ADA friendly and an incredible view. (Third floor ) The front desk lady took time to find us a local place for dinner. Really nice.

Great front desk service, large rooms, beds a little firm for me but we all like something different. Pool area was clean. Breakfast was decent for free food. Had a great stay

Thank you to the cleaning staff , the room was very clean. However, the air conditioner was either broken or extremely old. It sounded like an airplane jet every time it kicked on and kept us awake all night. I let the front desk know. They didn’t offer any kind of discount or anything other than saying they would let maintenance know. I asked if they could talk to the manager and give us some kind of discount for the sleepless night that we paid $165 for. No response or follow through from the manager. I do not recommend this hotel.

Megan is amazing! She's always warm and friendly, fair and so kind. If you want a nice place to stay this location is great and when the manager is awesome it makes a huge difference. She makes this place special.
