Stadium Motel

First let me explain that the service got two stars because I did get a refund and they did tried giving me "cleaner" linens. This hotel should not be operating. You are better off sleeping on your car if you are traveling by. I’ll let the pictures do the talking!!! Room 117. I’m not seeing the pictures on my review not sure why Google is not showing them. But let me describe you the room. The mattress have large stains on them some look like water some look like blood and some look like they’d spill a drink. This is in addition to the dirt looking stains. That’s both beds. The toile seat is being held together by black tape it looks like electrical tape. Not to mention the very disgusting carpet and the smell of the room. By far the worse thing I have ever seen.

It started off with not being able to find the front desk. Very poorly lit. Inside was extremely shabby leaving no jope for the rooms. Lo & behold the rooms are terrible. No smoking but you can smell smoke residue, the rooms are dirty, badly need repairs, tv doesnt work, no hangers for clothes, no deadbolt chain, carpers stained, fridge is frozen over with ice and dirty, ceiling light doesnt work, phones dont work. This place im has to be in some sort of violation. Impossible they are allowed to operate under these conditions. Bottom line DO NOT STAY HERE! DONT BE FOOLED BY THE PHOTOS ON LINE

Showers dont work, $50 deposit was requested in cash upon arrival and non of these were brought into attention when making the reservation. its quite cheap though so I guess thats why. Perfect place to just crash the night only as a solo traveler. I doubt this place will be a pick for girls 🤣🤣🤣 i would definitely love to see their faces 🤩

Definitely not luxary but I had a better experience here then at any hilton I've ever stayed at very nice

Can we have negative stars? Seriously, this place really should not be in business. The owners were nice about it but they are in over their heads and they know that their property is not up to even the lowest standards. I’m not even picky at all about motel rooms, knowing that you get what you pay for. I just wanted a cheap place to sleep but the windows in the room were broken and taped with scotch tape, the door had to be slammed repeatedly to get the latch to engage and the deadbolt would not go into the hole because the door was off kilter. It was a prepaid reservation through booking dot com and was supposed to be non refundable but the owner approved the refund. I’m grateful for that! They offered a different room but I wasn’t interested at that point and decided to find another place. I wish them luck in getting things fixed and updated. It has the potential to be successful but in its current condition I can’t recommend staying here unless your only other option is sleeping under a bridge.

My student was traveling independently and was scheduled to arrive a day before his official check in time for his residence hall. Due to weather and maintenance delays, his flights were delayed significantly. I called ahead, and was told he could show up to the hotel at any time and they would get him into his room. Well, he showed up and they turned him away. At 3 am. They told him he was "too late". They left him out on the street. I doubt they would appreciate someone treating their child like that. 0 stars and will be reporting to the app we booked through.

This place has a lot of potential they look cute on outside but the rooms are horrible beds are broken smells horrible no blankets come on yall invest in making these nice yall could actually make good money yall are in a great location didn’t take pics couldn’t stand the smell
