We had only planned to stay 2 nights but ended up staying 5 nights. This will tell you how great this B & B is.!! Laura and Sean took excellent care of us well beyond what we have ever experienced. We also ended up making new friends while our stay and the inn is within walking distance to everything. Sean will make you a wonderful breakfast /brunch. the avocado toast is to die for and presentation is Five Star!! Our pups Talulah Belle ( aka Potato ) and GiGi loved Laura and she even watched over them while we were out on the train ride through the Royal Gorge! Thank you so much Laura and Sean. you both are true friends now and will not stay anywhere else when visiting

My husband and I reserved a room for the 24-28th of December. After looking at the Casita that we had booked, and tried to make work, decided to leave. We did this because it was not at all what was advertised. The site showed that there was air conditioning, spa, an area looking towards the mountains. What we got was a tiny hot room, no air conditioning as was advertised, with one window facing a brick walk way. The walkway was extremely narrow, and the property had a huge fence built around it. The pictures were nothing like advertised. It has been extremely difficult to contact management/owner to make modification, even as of February 2026. It has been communicated to me that we will not be receiving a refund, but we can comeback some other time. We do NOT want to come back at all and we really would like a refund, as what was purchased was nothing at all like what we got.

I had booked and paid in full to this resort to stay July 16-22 for my husband and I to explore Manitou Springs, visit with friends, and climb the Manitou incline. The location seemed to be perfect as it was close to everything we wanted to do. Being that is was 420 friendly was plus as well. On July 4th our home flooded from the storms and flooding in Central Texas. We were displaced from our home due to the damage and loss. I had called several times, to no avail, and could not get a hold of anyone. When I tried to cancel the reservation on hotels com, I was told that we missed the cancellation window by 2 days for a full refund. According to the hotel policy, we should have cancelled by July 2nd. Through email communications been hotels. com and the owner I explained our situation, and even offered to send photo and insurance proof of our flooded home. I even offered to change dates to a future visit so that we would not lose our $1600 that was pre-paid. Nothing. No response, no refund, no outreach from the owner even though hotels.com said they would contact us. Our family tries to support local businesses and small bed and breakfast accommodations when traveling. It's a shame when owners such as these do not respond to calls or emails. Poor communication and customer service.

Innhale goes above and beyond for their guests. We did have an issue when we first arrived that honestly would have thrown the whole weekend upside down. Laura, the owner, took care of us and made sure our experience was great! We ended up doing the dinner with the chef Shaggy and wow, each course got better and better. Thank you both for making my birthday weekend extremely special. I highly recommend staying here!

This was a very calm and relaxing stay. Laura and the staff really make everyone feel right at home. Leah has a great massage service. Would recommend to friends, for sure!

This will be the only business that will ever receive a 3-star review from me that really deserves less than zero, and the 3 stars are for the 3 people at Innhale that made us feel welcomed and comfortable, and that is Coco, Mawk (from Boston :), and Mitch. NOT the owner Scott, however, he is a liar, terrible communicator and possibly racist. I am taking the time to write this review for anyone that cares about being treated appropriately in the year of our Lord 2025. My fiancé and I chose this resort to celebrate my birthday. First, the night we were arriving, it was communicated to us that our room had been changed from the room I chose, when I asked why I was told that the owner chose to upgrade us in celebration of my birthday. Initially I was delighted until I arrived and the room we were given had a bathroom from the seventies, and the owner had moved into the room we chose, so it was no longer available. Ok...we'll try to make the best of this...then as we were given a walk through of the resort, the owner, Scott referred to us as COLOREDS, yes you read that correctly and showed us the watermelon in the fridge because he knew we liked that, you know cause we're COLORED. Now, I don't know this man, so I won't call him racist, but I will certainly say he is extremely ignorant and rude to make that kind of comment. My fiancé and I did not want to ruin our trip, by reacting to his stupidity and needing to find a new place to stay, we'd traveled from Atlanta; so again decided to grin and bear it. We made the most of the trip for the rest of the days we were there but it was made uncomfortable by this man's presence remaining there, he stayed for days even though he has a home close by. His energy, lack of communication, presence, and unprofessionalism will be the downfall of a place with so much potential. He will certainly be the reason we would NEVER return. Just a disgusting person honestly. Someone call Hotel Hell and get that man outta there!!
