Manitou Pikes Peak Hotel

Stop searching… you found the place to stay! Great service, friendly staff, great continental breakfast. Very clean rooms and amenities. I came with my wife, infant and small child and we were extremely satisfied. I was especially impressed with the professionalism and outgoingness of the expo manager/ continental breakfast attendant and the front desk staff. For the price and location, this is a slam dunk! Can’t wait to come back!!!

The hotel is in poor condition with very few amenities. It's too far away from the shops and restaurants to walk and there is NO free parking in Manitou Springs, so not very convenient. The staff was friendly, but not very helpful. I won't stay there again.

I want to leave 5 stars because I really like this hotel, However after seeing the state of the hot tub, I had to reconsider. The room was nice quiet. 🙂 balcony was beautiful to see the mountains in the morning. But we wanted to visit the hot tub, and pool. While the pool was clear clean water. The hot tub; has sediment at the bottom and was a green color. I hope that it gets fixed before the next visit! Happy holidays.

Can't beat a hotel right off the highway, got a park, and food places within short drive. Breakfast rotates and good selection for picky kids. ~20 minutest to Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. Dude, there's a bunch of weed stores. Only real minus is the room was a little musty if AC wasnt going, and the pool had the kids shivering.

We ended up in a room with a connecting door, we could hear everything through it coming through it. The neighbour watched a horror film with constant shoutings until midnight so no good night sleep... appart from this, the hotel was fine, such a shame to have these kind of rooms with no soundproofing. Would be great to use reusable dishware for the breakfast, for sustainability.

Nice central location to all attractions. Rooms are clean but a little dated. Front desk helpful and nice. Breakfast leaves alot to be desired. Plain simple food . Not really a true hot breakfast. Processed food with boiled eggs, yogurt and cereal. Coffee is very good. Kind if over priced for the room but better than the average days inn.
