Onaledge Historic Lodge at Sun Mountain Center

My husband and I got married at the craft wood inn next door and needed a place for our close relatives to stay and this place was perfect. The house alone is just BEAUTIFUL and it came with everything stocked that we needed such as kitchen utensils, blankets, and towels. Their is also a grocery store not far from the onaledge house so the location is convenient. We couldn’t get over how beautiful the house was and how peaceful the surroundings are. Checking in/out was very easy and we loved that we had a gate to park in. We all highly recommend staying here and would love to come back again.

We are a Yoga Studio in Denver, Co and rented Onaledge Historic Lodge for our group of teachers. Its was a wonderful experience to be in the historic lodge updated with many the many high vibration and spiritual pieces of art, painting, and Murtis. The Lodge was perfect for holding the energy of our group and we appreciated the majestic views of nature and Tava Mountain each morning in meditation. The kitchen was well stocked and great for hosting our meals. The dining space felt like a noble hall and the many unique rooms accommodated our guests with the feeling of many communal and shared spaces. We loved how close this property is to both the amazing beauty of nature there and the three town/commercial/city area: Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City and Colorado Springs. We felt welcomed by the owners and care-takers of the Historic Lodge and were respectfully checked in with for our needs throughout our time there. We hope you enjoy exploring this unique and special place.

We booked a different location with the host and there was an issue of double booking, the hosts immediately contacted me and let me know and then upgraded me to this absolutely stunning property for no extra charge. Hands down the best customer service I have ever received from a vacation rental. Next time I come back, regardless of which property I choose to stay at, I will be staying with them.

Great little massive lodge! Fun times with a large group of people. Would absolutely stay again!!!
