This is called OYO hotel and it is an absolute disaster. Do NOT stay here. The pictures are nothing like reality. Apparently this was a nice hotel at some point and was sold to someone who ran it into the ground. Bathroom door is rotting away at the bottom from moisture rot. The interior of the hotel has no AC so the hallways are burning up and the cheap fake wood flooring appears to be buckling from the heat. Inside the room the paint is chipped and and there are holes in the wall. Headboard has something sticky all over it. Some sort of bugs crawling around by the TV. AC will not keep the room cool. 10:00PM and it’s almost 80 degrees in this room with the AC set to it’s coldest setting and running for almost 4 hours now. There are people in the stairwell discussing drug transactions on the 3rd floor. Most of the people I have seen look like junkies. The Indian guy at the check in desk was extremely accusatory about keeping the room clean and that we would be billed $50 if anything was wrong with the room but after seeing the room I’m not sure how you could make it any worse Stay Away! It’s not worth it. This place is borderline a scam.

I wish I could give this hotel 0 stars by far THEE worst hotel experience I have ever had. I started by calling the night prior to staying at the hotel to insure that this is a good family friendly hotel they insured me it was. The next day I check in and there is blood in little puddles on the floor, hair all over the toilet and bed sheets and makeup all over the bed sheets. It was absolutely disgusting. I then went to front desk and told them that I can’t not stay here, and would like a refund. They insured me I would have a refund and then went to the extent to have ME go find house keeping to have them clean it up. Still waiting on the refund that I assume I will never get. Not to mention there was a ton of illegal activity going on outside of the lobby. Horrible horrible experience. If you have kids please don’t come here!!! And the color of the hot tub water was pure yellow! Gross black slime over the pool, filly!!!

The first room they sent us to was still filthy from the previous occupants. I tried to call the front desk to let them know, but the phone didn't work either. I took my whole family to the front desk so they didn't have to wait in the hot and smelly room. The next room was clean and comfortable, but the TV didn't work. The room number was written in pen on the wall because the plackard was missing. We stayed there because we were tired. Breakfast was good, but the dining room was full of leaks, some that were dripping into buckets, but others just dripping to the floor. I had to be careful not to get water dripped into my food. I will not stay here again.

This place is okay. You get what you pay for. I stayed here during the COVID-19 pandemic. The room was clean I could tell it had been dusted. It was quiet on my floor. My bedding was good no stains or anything. My only problem was housekeeping didn’t bring fresh towels the next day after I asked. The front desk receptionist was nice and very helpful. I got my towels and I would definitely stay here again.

It was not clean! There was a dead bug outside the area called the restaurant. It took the water a long time to heat up. The toilet are made for kids, extra low to the ground. The rooms look nice. The bed was looked all nice and comfortable until you throw the sheets back. Was not a great experience. The front desk reception had dried food stuck to his mouth and instead of showing you were to go he just points and stays on the phone. Never again!

We asked for a non-smoking room. Hotel claims to be non-smoking, however the room we were in smelt as if there was someone still in there smoking. We requested to change rooms and they did accommodate. While the other room smelt less of smoke still was not pleasant. TV did not work in the second room we were in. Toilet did not flush well. I would not recommend this hotel.

Service was horrible. I have stayed there for 3 years straight and this is the first time I have had an issue. I was in the "B" building and it looked and smelled horrible, paint was coming off the walls, vents and globes were filthy, elevators was even filthy. I requested staff multiple times to come and review the filthy areas and No one would come. No maids to clean the rooms a woman came knocking on the door with a shopping cart requesting dirty towels and never returned to bring clean towels, sheets had yellow stains on them, had to go buy sheets just to sleep, hotel was overall dirty, hallways hadn't been cleaned or vacuumed before we came or when we checked out, no towels, they didn't even have tissue or change the garbage. Everything in the bathrooms were coming apart, tissue holder off the wall, soap dish falling in shower, sink coming off wall. The hotel smelled like mildew, garbage was all in the hallways, stairwells, and lobby. The pool had not been clean or serviced. I am just completely disappointed.
