The Peabody Memphis

I stayed at the Peabody for Valentine's Weekend and I had the best time ever. Kelsea checked me in and she greeted me with a big smile. She was super nice and fast. The room was nice and very clean, the lobby bar was lively and fun. But the Duck Master. He was amazing. So friendly, so attentive, and he was everywhere at all times lol. My time here was 10/10 and I can't wait to come back!

What a beautiful, classy hotel. I’ve never had the privilege of staying, but I love taking a walk through their lobby and checking out the ducks in the fountain. I also love the shops. They have lots of security and helpful people to direct you as to where to go. Their parking garage is also the best and safest place to park when visiting Beale Street.

The Peabody was an absolute pleasure for this business trip. This national landmark was a gorgeous hotel with so much history. Very well maintained with beautiful rooms. The hotel has a duck theme and has a historical "Duck Walk" where a Duck Master marches 5 ducks along a red carpet in the lobby to the grand fountain. They march them down from their bin on the roof in the elevator at 11 am and then march them back up at 5pm. The whole thing is a spectacle and the lobby is packed with guests.

Positive: I loved the professionalism of the staff. The restaurant food was wonderful. I loved watching the duck walk. Our room was peaceful and very cozy Negative: I missed having a microwave and refrigerator in the room!

From the minute our cab pulled in to when we checked out everything was great. This hotel is beautiful. The signature cocktail The Rubber Ducky was tasty. The room was great and of course the duck parade was everything I've been waiting for even at 49 years old ! Kenon definitely loves his job and it shows

First off let me say that The Peabody is a beautiful hotel and the staff were pleasant. My husband and I decided to stay 1 night Feb 5th 2026 for our anniversary. I reserved a queen room and when we checked in they offered an upgrade for $30 to a King room that was going to be a little bigger but we declined since we were only staying one night. They then said they gave us same room I reserved but with a king bed instead of queen. I thanked them for that. We then got to the room and it was very clean but honestly alot smaller than anticipated for the price you pay to stay there. The bathroom was extremely small and barely gave you room to even sit on the toilet. I called down to ask for ice and mentioned the bathroom and they never even responded to my comment. When we checked out they asked if they stay was pleasant and again we said it wasnt really what was expected and still they didnt say anything. So was it nice to stay there yes but I wont stay again for that price knowing you can barely even use the toilet in the rooms.

Stayed recently for my daughter's 11th birthday right before New Year's. You can literally step out onto Beale Street from the Peabody. But who even wants to when staying inside is so beautiful? Service was beyond awesome The room was beautiful, the bathroom was not too small but perfect sized. They left a birthday cupcake in the room to greet my daughter. It was the most beautiful hotel,the best stay and a memory I will keep the rest of my life, tho I hope to return many times. Would recommend a million times. It was awesome and we felt completely safe The hotel smells absolutely delicious!!!!!
