Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Milwaukee Airport, WI

For a non smoking hotel it was horrible. The 1st room was so bad we switched rooms..306 to 325. 2nd room was slightly better. I had to fix the toilet as it kept running, the float was off. Toilet seat was busted and loose. There was a pair of lady’s underwear under the sink. The bathroom light was failing. Moving to the unheated pool and hot tub was disheartening. With my back I always book with a hot tub hotel. Also the water was murky and foamy… bad or no chemicals for the mix.

"I have been at less accommodating hotels with cleaner rooms", a remark I told myself recently staying here after a few weeks across different rooms. Service is good so far, but the hotel is in disrepair on top of dirty floors and surfaces. I think 2 stars is an appropriate rating for this hotel currently because it provides affordable rooms and guest services, but I've definitely been at better 2 star hotels with the same accomodations and cleaner rooms. Overall, definitely been at worse and overall this place seems safer than most hotels in the area due to its location and staffing. I have stayed in three rooms over three weeks here and hope to update with better remarks shortly as they have informed me they are addressing all of these issues to the best of their capabilities. I will be uploading the rest of my photos from my stay also during that time. I lowered location down 1 because of it being so close to the airport, loud airplane noise occurs frequently if that bothers you.

Shower did not work, told front desk, she pretended to write something down and said someone would come and take a look. That never happened. Housekeepers threw out ny sons shirt instead of turning it into the lost and found, ac/heating was extremely loud in the room. Short pool hours and maintenance cleans the pools before checkout so you can't enjoy the pool before checkout

Upon arrival there was no where to park the lobby was filthy the elevator was broke so we had to walk with all of our items. When I got to the room the room was filthy there was so much hair in the tub the toilet had poop stuck to it and the mirrors were filthy everything was nasty the tv was broke the pool is filthy there was no working ice machines on no floor but the first floor and mind you I had a room on the 3rd floor with no working elevator this was the worst hotel I ever stayed at or visited please keep yall money don’t go there! I was there January 30th never again

Hotel staff were weird the man at the front desk checked me in before I showed my id & didn't charge me a deposit he said he was "sure I wouldn't break anything "he kept trying to place me by the back of the building near the back stairs even when I moved my room he tried to keep me in the back it gave me a very creepy vibe . the room smelled like feet & the heat did not work!! I had to move my room 3 times and be stern about not wanting to be in the back finally I ended up in room 211 a slightly better room near the front stairs the neighbors upstairs were constantly bumping and moving the furniture at 12:30 a.m the front desk said she didn't hear anything so I recorded a video still nothing . Ladies be careful if you're staying here traveling alone this hotel gives me a trafficking vibe !! I paid over $300 to stay in this hotel big waste of money I do not recommend I'll never stay here again

Breakfast was good, Rooms smelled a bit funny like shoes, and water in the shower took a while to drain, I wasn't worried about shampoo conditioner or body wash because I brought some of my own, but other than that, it was a nice pleasant experience, and the rooms were big and we had lots of room. Could be better but could also be worse, so id say it was okay.

Pool area has a layer of black mildew inside both sides, room wasn’t even cleaned still had garbage from previous, blankets were stained, kids couldn’t even have fun, smelled like cigarettes in our room, no heat in pool area was freezing, workout room had broken equipment. Everything was so bad that we asked for a refund and left. Couldn’t refund til next morning but still left after 40 mins of being there. I didn’t not want kids sleeping here.
