Kinn Guesthouse Downtown Milwaukee

We had a great stay while our house nearby overflowed with family for holidays. Very comfortable and clean. Our room was right above the restaurant, huge, many windows, and we didn’t hear anything even on New Year’s Eve. We checked in pretty late in the evening and the code worked fine, but there was a clerk there and she welcomed us, showed us our room and the amenities. The layout is great—large common area in the center of the floor with comfy seating, tv’s, kitchen, fridge with yogurt, stuff to share plus bins for you to keep your items separate. Spacious, comfortable, tea and coffee, snacks always available. We asked for housekeeping after the second night—no problem! Can’t wait to stay there again!

We had a full floor rented for my wedding this past weekend. What an experience. First, Rachel was awesome. Legit anything we needed she got. And she got it fast. Kudos to her. Peter was great on the coordination end and booking end. The rooms were gorgeous and huge. It truly was a great place to stay and have privacy with a large group. Highly recommend this place.

Perfect location for a corporate retreat - off-site planning session. We rented all 9 rooms on a floor and used the floor and common space for some annual planning. This place was amazing - the rooms are great and using the common space for meetings was 1000x better, more comfortable and more economical than a typical hotel.

I wish I could give the Kinn infinity stars! Our stay from start to finish was perfect. The owners thought of everything - each floor has its own coffee station (great coffee), huge refrigerator, ice maker, comfy couches with a big screen TV to gather around, Long Island table with chairs to also hang out at. The rooms and their very tall ceilings, super comfortable beds, cool/funky artwork, beautiful walk-in showers. The restaurant downstairs that’s connected to it is AMAZING! It truly was hard for us to leave this hotel, we had such a great time!! Thank you!!

This is one of the coolest hotels I've stayed at, and there are many I could have chose! You get an amazing room! treated like a VIP! And it doesn't have the typical hotel feel! All the rooms on the floor walk into a common area with full kitchen, living room, and dining room with top of the line amenities! Pete (manager on duty) has been incredible! 100% staying here anytime I'm in Milwaukee!!

Great Location for the Third Ward. Quite high tech. No room key. Practically no interaction with staff which I like. They don't clean your room every day which is fine with me. There is a full community kitchen on each floor which is stocked with milk, yogurt, breakfast bars and cereal. Loved that. The room was very spacious and clean. Parking garage only $20 per night. I would go there again.

I'm not surprised Kinn Guesthouse Downtown Milwaukee has a 4.9 average! It was the first time my wife and I stayed at a Kinn property and it won't be our last. I love the concept of a Common Area that's stacked with everything you'd need. It also gives the ability to meet and socialize with other hotel guests. We spent more time hanging out in the Common Area, getting to know the other hotel guests than I would have expected. The staff at Kinn was top notch. They were friendly, informative and incredibly attentive. My wife and I live in Denver but visit Milwaukee often. This was our favorite trip of the 10 or so times we've visited. A lot of that had to do with our accommodations! We're already looking forward to our next trip to the Cream City. There's no doubt where we'll be staying.
