Perfectly located downtown. Walking, or a quick, cheap, Lyft ride to ANY point downtown Mobile. Parking is free within the hotel lot, but spaces are limited. Hotel is very beautiful inside with an old school french Mardi Gras ambiance. My staff for this stay was Mr. Marcus Gill and Ms. India Brown. These two made me feel special and very welcome. Marcus hooked this IHG reward member up with a nice late checkout.(12:30) Both also very knowledgeable about the area. The room was great size, the king size bed was very comfortable, the view was good (it's Mobile Bay) lol. My only complaint in the room was the bathroom floor hadn't been cleaned in awhile. I will definitely stay here anytime I'm in Mobile again for a concert!

Stacy at the front desk is amazing. She really made my stay exceptional. My experience with her was amazing from start to finish. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and gave good recommendations. I would definitely come back here just for her. She’s great at her job and it was a pleasure to meet her. Just be aware the rooms are a little dated, but they smelt nice and clean.

This was our first time in Mobile, there for a pre cruise stay. This hotel is a good choice as it very close to the port and close to downtown shopping and dining. It is walkable to downtown but the weather was not great for our stay. Staff are friendly and accommodating. We pre-purchased breakfast with the onsite restaurant and it was good, buffet style with eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and grits and a mix of fresh fruit. Views from the rooms are great if you’re on a high floor. They do have a sky bar on site, however we did not get to partake due to a private event that was quite loud until about 10:30pm. Important to know that onsite free parking is very limited. If you arrive later in the day, there is a paid parking garage next door and metered street parking available.

Overall this place was very nice. The only issues I had were the bathroom was very small and the AC temperature control went no lower than 66°F. We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds. The room was very clean and roomy as well. The hotel has a pool that was closed and a gym on the 3rd floor. There is a restaurant on the main floor and a bar on the top floor, but don't plan on the bar being open late during the week. We went up around 10 PM on a Wednesday night and it was closed. It was a pleasant stay though and I do recommend staying here if you are planning a downtown Mobile trip. There is a lot to do within walking distance.

Positive: Breakfast was good, and waitress was nice. Negative: It was very loud in our bedroom,we heard traffic, trains, horns blowing all night. Carpet was very old, and dirty.Tissue holder was broken.I paid for hotel online, but they still wanted my debit card, charged another 50.00 on my checking account.

Stayed 3 nights here and while the hotel is maybe a little dated the stay was very good with the front desk staff excellent to work with. They helped us with selecting places to eat and see and did it gladly. The breakfast staff was good. I would definitly stay here again.

In October, my wife and I decided to go to Key West. Since we had not spent much time in Mobile, as IHG members we decided to spend the night at this hotel since it was advertised as being in the historic district. Although the hotel was in need of some updating, we couldn't have had a better night's sleep. Our room was big and the bed was very comfortable. One thing that made our stay most enjoyable was the lady on the front desk named Miesha. She could not have been nicer.
